【摘要】:港口是貨物在水路運輸?shù)钠瘘c和終點。隨著全球經(jīng)濟一體化進程的深入,港口不僅局限于提供單一的裝卸服務(wù),而是逐漸成為綜合物流服務(wù)價值流的承托者,現(xiàn)代港口物流企業(yè)正是在這種背景下誕生。20世紀(jì)90年代開始,我國沿海港口市場模式從計劃經(jīng)濟體制下的港口資源型逐步向市場經(jīng)濟體制下的壟斷競爭型過渡,由于歷史遺留問題較多的原因,廣州港集團在這場改革中步履維艱,屬下港口功能仍然以單一傳統(tǒng)的裝卸和運輸為主,在缺乏對物流資源的統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃的情況下,集團內(nèi)部資源分散,外部競爭失利,一場針對物流板塊業(yè)務(wù)改革的風(fēng)暴勢在必行。 本文基于廣州港集團當(dāng)前的外貿(mào)集裝箱物流市場發(fā)展形勢,運用PESTEL分析模型從政治、經(jīng)濟、社會、技術(shù)、環(huán)境及法律等六大因素對集團的外部環(huán)境進行分析,在內(nèi)部環(huán)境分析上對集裝箱業(yè)務(wù)資源、物流通道及外圍物流節(jié)點建設(shè)等情況做了全方位的剖析,并運用SWOT分析方法從集團發(fā)展外貿(mào)集裝箱物流的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機遇和挑戰(zhàn)等四個方面進行清晰的發(fā)展方向定位。 在當(dāng)今港口競爭形勢下,本文作者認(rèn)為廣州港集團應(yīng)按照物流一體化理論和第三方物流企業(yè)的特點整合內(nèi)部資源籌建新的物流營運主體——廣州港國際物流營運中心,按照港口企業(yè)價值鏈理論及供應(yīng)鏈管理的要求提出外貿(mào)集裝箱物流發(fā)展的“點”、“線”、“面”外部發(fā)展策略,建立保障實施措施體系,以期為廣州港集團領(lǐng)導(dǎo)決策層提供有益的參考。
[Abstract]:Port is the starting point and end point of cargo transportation by water. With the deepening of global economic integration, port is not only limited to provide a single loading and unloading service, but gradually become the carrier of the value flow of integrated logistics services. Modern port logistics enterprises were born in this context. The 20th century began on 90s. China's coastal port market model from the planned economic system of port resources to the market economy system of monopoly competition model transition, due to historical problems left more reasons. Guangzhou Port Group is struggling in this reform. Its port function is still dominated by single traditional loading and unloading and transportation. In the absence of overall planning of logistics resources, the internal resources of the group are scattered. The failure of external competition, a logistics plate business reform storm imperative. Based on the current development situation of Guangzhou Port Group's container logistics market, this paper applies PESTEL analysis model to analyze the politics, economy, society and technology. Environment and law and other six factors to analyze the external environment of the group, in the internal environment analysis of container business resources, logistics channels and the construction of peripheral logistics nodes to do a comprehensive analysis of the situation. SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of the development of container logistics. In the current situation of port competition. According to the theory of logistics integration and the characteristics of the third party logistics enterprises, Guangzhou Port Group should integrate its internal resources to build a new logistics operator, Guangzhou Port International Logistics Operation Center. According to the theory of port enterprise value chain and the requirement of supply chain management, the paper puts forward the external development strategy of foreign trade container logistics development, and establishes the system of guarantee and implementation measures. In order to provide a useful reference for the Guangzhou Port Group leaders.
