【摘要】：正2016年7月份,鐵路運輸系統(tǒng)按照中國鐵路總公司有關領導統(tǒng)一部署,持續(xù)推進貨運組織改革,貨運日均裝車11.3萬車,自5月份以來連續(xù)3個月實現(xiàn)同比增長,集裝箱、批量快運亮點頻現(xiàn),多項指標創(chuàng)歷史新高。7月份,高溫、暴雨、臺風等不良天氣頻發(fā),鐵路運輸系統(tǒng)積極克服水害斷道等影響,充分利用路網(wǎng)結構組織迂回運輸,大力加強卸車組織和空車調配,促進全路裝車上量。全路在煤炭同比日均少裝8 481車的情況下,通
[Abstract]:In July 2016 , the railway transportation system has been deployed in accordance with the relevant leadership of China Railway Corporation to continuously promote the reform of the freight organization . The freight day is loaded with 11.3 million vehicles . In July , adverse weather such as high temperature , rainstorm , typhoon and other adverse weather frequent occurrence , the railway transportation system actively overcomes the influence of water damage and the like , and makes full use of the road network structure to organize the bypass transportation , so as to enhance the loading quantity on the whole road .
