【摘要】：價值轉(zhuǎn)化為資本的循環(huán)過程會受到資本自身的限制。從產(chǎn)業(yè)資本到金融資本再到當(dāng)代資本的金融化,是資本利用金融工具對自身限制進(jìn)行克服的結(jié)果。銀行資本控制產(chǎn)業(yè)資本形成一種新的資本形態(tài)——金融資本,這是資本對自身限制進(jìn)行克服的第一次嘗試,避免了盲目生產(chǎn)和過度競爭,但造就了產(chǎn)業(yè)壟斷,導(dǎo)致對內(nèi)擴(kuò)張停滯和對外強(qiáng)權(quán)政治,阻礙了資本的良性擴(kuò)張。當(dāng)代資本的金融化是為適應(yīng)社會化大生產(chǎn)、資本對自身限制進(jìn)行克服的第二次嘗試。它打造了個性化、小規(guī)模、多樣化的生產(chǎn)方式,但依賴產(chǎn)業(yè)體系之外的資本破壞了產(chǎn)業(yè)自身的正常循環(huán),蘊(yùn)含著金融危機(jī)的種子�？傊�,利用金融克服自身限制是資本形態(tài)演變的隱性邏輯。
[Abstract]:The circulation of value into capital will be restricted by capital itself, from industrial capital to financial capital and to the financialization of contemporary capital. Bank capital controls industrial capital to form a new form of capital-financial capital, which is the first attempt of capital to overcome its own limitations. It avoids blind production and excessive competition, but creates industrial monopoly, which leads to stagnation of internal expansion and foreign power politics, and hinders the benign expansion of capital. The financialization of contemporary capital is to adapt to socialized production. Capital is a second attempt to overcome its own limitations. It creates individualized, small-scale and diversified modes of production, but relying on capital outside the industrial system destroys the normal cycle of the industry itself. In short, using finance to overcome its own limitations is the implicit logic of the evolution of capital form.
