【摘要】：風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資機(jī)構(gòu)通常持有一定數(shù)量的組合企業(yè),而議價(jià)力和專業(yè)知識(shí)能力與最優(yōu)組合企業(yè)數(shù)量間關(guān)系密切。將議價(jià)力和專業(yè)知識(shí)能力引入風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資組合企業(yè)數(shù)量選擇問(wèn)題中,運(yùn)用合作博弈與最優(yōu)化理論方法,基于議價(jià)力和專業(yè)知識(shí)能力,建立決策模型并進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),議價(jià)力和專業(yè)知識(shí)能力在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資組合企業(yè)數(shù)量確定過(guò)程中具有互補(bǔ)作用,專業(yè)知識(shí)能力強(qiáng)的機(jī)構(gòu)會(huì)投資更多數(shù)量創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè),而議價(jià)力決定了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資機(jī)構(gòu)與創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)間的利潤(rùn)分配結(jié)構(gòu),從而間接對(duì)組合企業(yè)數(shù)量產(chǎn)生非單調(diào)影響。模型一方面為風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資機(jī)構(gòu)根據(jù)自身情況和外部環(huán)境作出組合企業(yè)數(shù)量決策提供了理論依據(jù);另一方面,從與以往研究不同的視角闡釋了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資組合企業(yè)數(shù)量與利潤(rùn)分配結(jié)構(gòu)間的關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Venture capital institutions usually hold a certain number of portfolio companies. The bargaining power and professional knowledge ability are closely related to the number of optimal portfolio firms. The bargaining power and professional knowledge ability are introduced into the number selection of venture capital portfolio enterprises, and the cooperative game and optimization theory are used. Based on bargaining power and professional knowledge ability, a decision model is established and empirical analysis is carried out. It is found that bargaining power and professional knowledge ability play a complementary role in the process of determining the number of venture capital portfolio firms. Institutions with strong expertise will invest more entrepreneurial enterprises, and bargaining power determines the profit distribution structure between venture capital institutions and venture capital enterprises. On the one hand, the model provides a theoretical basis for venture capital institutions to make portfolio enterprise number decisions according to their own situation and external environment. On the other hand, the relationship between the number of venture capital portfolio firms and profit distribution structure is explained from a different perspective from previous studies.
