互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融下京東白條個(gè)人征信模式改進(jìn)探究

【摘要】:互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融的發(fā)展離不開征信的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)化,信用是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的保障。央行逐步放開個(gè)人征信市場(chǎng)的信號(hào),使得互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融的個(gè)人征信業(yè)務(wù)逐漸鋪開,隨之而來(lái)的問題是各個(gè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融部門需要找到適合自己業(yè)務(wù)特點(diǎn)的個(gè)人征信模式;ヂ(lián)網(wǎng)金融征信是對(duì)傳統(tǒng)金融征信的有效補(bǔ)充,征信只是手段,而征信的目的是要將業(yè)務(wù)具體到應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景中去,降低信用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。本文以互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融為背景,以京東白條為案例,探究在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融背景下京東白條個(gè)人征信模式。本文的研究邏輯如下:首先對(duì)分析所要用到的信息不對(duì)稱理論、長(zhǎng)尾理論和公共物品理論進(jìn)行闡述,為后面的個(gè)人征信模式分析奠定理論基礎(chǔ);接著介紹互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融的特征,分別介紹傳統(tǒng)個(gè)人征信模式和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)個(gè)人征信模式,并進(jìn)行比較分析;之后對(duì)京東白條的個(gè)人征信模式進(jìn)行介紹,并從多個(gè)角度對(duì)其進(jìn)行分析,包括從理論方面具體分析京東白條個(gè)人征信的數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)源、征信對(duì)象、信用評(píng)分和場(chǎng)景應(yīng)用,從政策環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境、社會(huì)環(huán)境和技術(shù)環(huán)境對(duì)京東白條個(gè)人征信模式的優(yōu)勢(shì)進(jìn)行分析,也在征信數(shù)據(jù)源、風(fēng)控技術(shù)、輸出場(chǎng)景和法律方面指出目前京東白條存在的問題和成因;最后,針對(duì)京東白條自身的業(yè)務(wù)特點(diǎn)和優(yōu)勢(shì),借鑒國(guó)外較為成熟的案例,結(jié)合互聯(lián)網(wǎng)個(gè)人征信新的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),提出相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)方案,并為我國(guó)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)個(gè)人征信模式提供一定的啟示和借鑒。通過(guò)對(duì)京東白條個(gè)人征信模式的探究發(fā)現(xiàn),互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融個(gè)人征信與傳統(tǒng)個(gè)人征信不是替代的關(guān)系,而是互相補(bǔ)充和互相完善的。京東白條個(gè)人征信模式的發(fā)展在當(dāng)前的環(huán)境下有一定的優(yōu)勢(shì),但也存在相應(yīng)的問題,需要自身改變數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)源單一的情況,提高風(fēng)控技術(shù)水平,也需要有關(guān)部門及時(shí)出臺(tái)和更新與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)個(gè)人征信業(yè)務(wù)相關(guān)的政策和法律,為我國(guó)的個(gè)人征信市場(chǎng)的放開奠定良好的環(huán)境基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The development of Internet finance can not do without the Internet credit, credit is the guarantee of economic development. The central bank gradually opened the signal of personal credit market, making the personal credit business of Internet finance gradually spread out. The following problem is that each Internet financial sector needs to find a personal credit model suitable for its own business characteristics. Internet financial credit reporting is an effective complement to traditional financial credit reporting, which is only a means. The purpose of credit investigation is to apply the business to the application scene to reduce the credit risk. This paper takes Internet finance as the background and JingDong as a case. The research logic of this paper is as follows: firstly, the information asymmetry theory, long tail theory and public goods theory are discussed. To lay a theoretical foundation for the analysis of personal credit model; Then introduces the characteristics of Internet finance, introduces the traditional personal credit model and the Internet personal credit model, and carries on the comparative analysis; Then it introduces the personal credit model of JingDong white stripe, and analyzes it from several angles, including the theoretical analysis of the data source of JingDong white stripe personal credit, credit objects. Credit scoring and scenario application, from the policy environment, economic environment, social environment and technical environment to analyze the advantages of JingDong white-striped personal credit model, but also in the credit data source, risk control technology. The paper points out the problems and causes of JingDong's white stripes in the aspect of output scene and law. Finally, according to JingDong's own business characteristics and advantages, draw lessons from more mature cases abroad, combined with the new development trend of personal credit information on the Internet, put forward the corresponding improvement plan. Through the research of JingDong's white stripe personal credit model, it is found that the relationship between Internet financial personal credit and traditional personal credit is not a substitute. JingDong white stripe personal credit model development in the current environment has some advantages, but there are corresponding problems, need to change their own data source of a single situation. To improve the technical level of risk control, it is also necessary for the relevant departments to issue and update the policies and laws related to the personal credit service on the Internet in time, so as to lay a good environmental foundation for the opening up of the personal credit market in China.
