【摘要】：在分析快速城鎮(zhèn)化背景下河南省城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展基本狀況的基礎(chǔ)上,基于單指標(biāo)、綜合指標(biāo)從時空2個維度評價河南省城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展的狀態(tài)水平。結(jié)果顯示:1從單指標(biāo)時序特征看,河南省城鄉(xiāng)收入水平不斷提升,城鄉(xiāng)收入差距呈波動變化狀態(tài),近期呈現(xiàn)較好的下降趨勢;從單指標(biāo)空間特征看,河南省中北部地區(qū)城鄉(xiāng)差距相對較小,北部差別次之,南部差別較大。2從綜合指標(biāo)時序特征看,河南省城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展水平呈波動上升,5個子系統(tǒng)的變化情況各異,城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展的水平有待進(jìn)一步提升;從綜合指標(biāo)空間特征方面,城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展水平與基礎(chǔ)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、公共服務(wù)3個子系統(tǒng)的空間分異情況較為相似,而與社會、動態(tài)子系統(tǒng)的空間分異情況相差很大,總體呈現(xiàn)以中部、西北部、北部組成的高值區(qū)與南部、東南部組成低值區(qū)的分異狀態(tài)�；谠u價結(jié)果分析,從時空2個維度提出今后河南省城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展的整合推進(jìn)建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the basic situation of urban and rural development in Henan Province under the background of rapid urbanization, the state level of urban and rural overall development in Henan Province is evaluated from two dimensions of space-time based on a single index. The results show that: 1 from the time series characteristics of single index, the income level of urban and rural areas in Henan Province is constantly rising, the income gap between urban and rural areas is fluctuating, and the trend of decline is good in the near future; According to the spatial characteristics of single index, the urban-rural gap is relatively small in the central and northern part of Henan Province, followed by the difference in the north, and the difference is greater in the south. 2 from the time series characteristics of comprehensive indicators, the overall development level of urban and rural areas in Henan Province is fluctuating and rising. The changes of the five subsystems are different, and the level of the overall development of urban and rural areas needs to be further improved; In terms of the spatial characteristics of comprehensive indicators, the spatial differentiation of the three subsystems of urban and rural overall development level and foundation, economy and public service is similar, while the spatial differentiation of dynamic subsystem is very different from that of society. In general, the high value regions of the central, northwest and northern regions are different from those of the south and the southeast of the regions with low values. Based on the analysis of the evaluation results, the author puts forward some suggestions on the integration of urban and rural development in Henan Province from the two dimensions of time and space.
