【摘要】：勞動力月度調(diào)查能反映一國或地區(qū)勞動力市場的動態(tài)特征,就業(yè)失業(yè)統(tǒng)計是分析國民經(jīng)濟(jì)運行態(tài)勢的重要數(shù)據(jù)。美國勞動力月度調(diào)查主要包括當(dāng)前人口調(diào)查和當(dāng)前就業(yè)調(diào)查,兩大項目在指標(biāo)設(shè)計、樣本選擇、數(shù)據(jù)收集、數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)布與修訂等方面形成了一套科學(xué)詳細(xì)的方案。而我國就業(yè)失業(yè)統(tǒng)計制度至今仍存在一些問題,應(yīng)考慮借鑒美國的成熟做法和經(jīng)驗,建立適合我國國情的勞動力月度調(diào)查制度,設(shè)計科學(xué)合理的調(diào)查方案與指標(biāo)體系,更好地監(jiān)測勞動力市場變化趨勢,改進(jìn)和加強(qiáng)宏觀調(diào)控。
[Abstract]:Monthly survey of labor force can reflect the dynamic characteristics of labor market in a country or region. Employment unemployment statistics is an important data to analyze the situation of national economy. The monthly labor force survey in the United States mainly includes the current demographic survey and the current employment survey. The two major projects form a scientific and detailed plan in terms of index design, sample selection, data collection, data release and revision. However, there are still some problems in China's employment unemployment statistics system. We should consider using the mature practices and experiences of the United States for reference, establish a monthly labor force survey system suitable for China's national conditions, and design a scientific and reasonable investigation scheme and index system. We will better monitor the changing trends of the labor market and improve and strengthen macro-control.
