【摘要】：正"十三五"開局之年,供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革成為各界關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。PPP(政府和社會(huì)資本合作)改革作為一項(xiàng)重要的供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革措施,正在發(fā)揮積極的牽引作用,形成了中央力推、地方熱捧、資本高度關(guān)注并積極參與的可喜局面。在第十六屆中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)論壇上,來(lái)自政府和企業(yè)的對(duì)話嘉賓回顧PPP三年改革歷程,暢談?wù)�、企業(yè)如何作為,以保證PPP改革不忘初心。
[Abstract]:At the beginning of the 13th Five-Year Plan, supply-side structural reform has become the focus of attention from all walks of life. PPP (government and social capital cooperation) reform, as an important supply-side structural reform measure, is playing an active traction role. The formation of a central push, local enthusiasm, capital attention and active participation in the gratifying situation. At the 16th China Economic Forum, interlocutors from the government and enterprises reviewed the three-year history of PPP reform and talked about how the government and enterprises should act in order to ensure that the PPP reform did not forget its original ideals and aspirations.
