重慶A人力資源管理有限公司人才派遣業(yè)務(wù)現(xiàn)狀分析及對策建議

【摘要】:改革開放以來,隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會的發(fā)展,尤其是在不斷融入國際社會的過程中,很多單位逐漸引進(jìn)并開始了一種新型的用工模式——人才派遣。人才派遣是一種新的人力資源市場化配置方式,其雇傭和使用分離的優(yōu)越性,得到了用工單位的歡迎,在國內(nèi)取得了極大的發(fā)展。但是在高速發(fā)展的同時,也產(chǎn)生了很多問題。本文旨在結(jié)合國內(nèi)外人才派遣的現(xiàn)狀和重慶市人才派遣的實(shí)際,以重慶A人力資源管理有限公司為例,認(rèn)真分析其業(yè)務(wù)現(xiàn)狀,并結(jié)合其實(shí)際提出相應(yīng)的對策建議。本文的主要內(nèi)容為:第一部分:緒論,包括研究背景、研究目的和意義、主要研究內(nèi)容、技術(shù)路線等;第二部分:人才派遣概述和理論綜述,本部分主要是對人才派遣概念進(jìn)行界定,對人力資源相關(guān)概念和理論進(jìn)行了綜述;第三部分:國內(nèi)外人才派遣發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,本部分主要對國內(nèi)外人才派遣的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行了概括總結(jié);第四部分:重慶A人力資源管理有限公司派遣業(yè)務(wù)分析,本部分主要介紹了A人力資源管理有限公司及其業(yè)務(wù)現(xiàn)狀,通過SWOT模型對業(yè)務(wù)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,重點(diǎn)對A人力資源管理有限公司劣勢的原因進(jìn)行了分析;第五部分:A人力資源管理有限公司人才派遣業(yè)務(wù)健康發(fā)展的建議,本部分分別從加快推進(jìn)事企分開、建立一支高素質(zhì)專業(yè)人才隊伍、加強(qiáng)內(nèi)部管理團(tuán)隊建設(shè)、積極開拓發(fā)展新業(yè)務(wù)、積極開拓外地市場等方面提出相關(guān)建議;第六部分:研究結(jié)論與展望,本部分對人才派遣的研究進(jìn)行歸納,指出本文的創(chuàng)新方面和不足之處,對未來的努力方向進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, with the development of China's economy and society, especially in the process of continuous integration into the international community, many units have gradually introduced and started a new type of employment mode-talent dispatch. Talent dispatch is a new way of human resource market allocation. Its superiority of separating employment from use has been welcomed by employing units and has made great progress in China. But in the rapid development, but also produced a lot of problems. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the present business situation of Chongqing A Human Resources Management Co., Ltd., combining the present situation of talent dispatch at home and abroad and the reality of talent dispatch in Chongqing, and to put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. The main contents of this paper are as follows: the first part: introduction, including the research background, research purpose and significance, main research content, technical route and so on; The second part: talent dispatch overview and theoretical review, this part is mainly to define the concept of talent dispatch, human resources related concepts and theories are summarized; The third part: the domestic and foreign talent dispatch development situation, this part mainly has carried on the summary to the domestic and foreign talented person dispatch development situation; The fourth part: the dispatch business analysis of Chongqing A Human Resources Management Co., Ltd., this part mainly introduces A Human Resources Management Co., Ltd. and its business status, through the SWOT model to analyze the business situation. Focus on A Human Resources Management Co., Ltd. inferiority analysis of the reasons; The fifth part: the suggestion of the healthy development of the human resource management limited company's talent dispatch business, this part separately from the speeding up the matter enterprise separation, establishes a high quality specialized talented person troop, strengthens the internal management team construction, Actively develop new business, actively develop foreign markets and other aspects of the relevant suggestions; The sixth part: research conclusions and prospects, this part summarizes the research of talent dispatch, points out the innovation and shortcomings of this paper, and looks forward to the future direction of efforts.
