能源技術(shù)進(jìn)步對石油需求及節(jié)油減排潛力的影響——基于多因素視角的研究

【摘要】:從技術(shù)進(jìn)步、結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、城鎮(zhèn)化等角度出發(fā),探討我國石油需求的影響機(jī)制。研究表明,(1)技術(shù)進(jìn)步對抑制石油增長的作用較小,其節(jié)油空間有待提升;(2)經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)和城鎮(zhèn)化是拉動石油需求的主因;(3)GDP、城鎮(zhèn)化率與石油需求之間具有單向因果關(guān)系,以節(jié)油為目的的能源政策不會損害經(jīng)濟(jì)增長和城鎮(zhèn)化推進(jìn)。結(jié)合情景分析,評估2015—2025年節(jié)油減排潛力,提出未來節(jié)油減排的政策建議。
[Abstract]:From the point of view of technological progress, structural adjustment and urbanization, this paper discusses the influence mechanism of China's oil demand. The results show that: (1) technological progress has little effect on restraining oil growth, and its fuel saving space needs to be improved; (2) the economic structure and urbanization are the main reasons for stimulating oil demand. (3) there is a one-way causal relationship between GDP, urbanization rate and oil demand, and the energy policy aiming at saving oil will not harm economic growth and urbanization. Based on scenario analysis, the paper evaluates the potential of oil saving emission reduction in 2015-2025, and puts forward some policy recommendations for oil saving emission reduction in the future.
