【摘要】：基于1997—2013年中國省際面板數(shù)據(jù),運用Malmquist-Tobit方法實證分析探討中國省際創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動的全要素生產(chǎn)率及其經(jīng)濟環(huán)境影響因素。研究表明,1整體上中國區(qū)域創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動效率處于上升趨勢,規(guī)模效率較高,技術效率偏低;2區(qū)域創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動效率增長速度與經(jīng)濟水平之間沒有正相關關系,增長最快的8個省分別是廣東、寧夏、黑龍江、遼寧、浙江、山東、湖南、福建;3對外開放程度對創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動效率的促進作用并不顯著,而政府科技投入額、經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構升級優(yōu)化程度和高等教育發(fā)展水平對創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動效率具有顯著的促進作用,它們每提高1%,創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動效率分別提高0.0649%、0.0233%、0.0173%、0.015%。基于此,提出提高中國區(qū)域創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動效率的建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the provincial panel data of China from 1997 to 2013, the total factor productivity (TFP) driven by inter-provincial innovation in China and the factors affecting its economic environment are empirically analyzed by using the Malmquist-Tobit method. The research shows that the driving efficiency of regional innovation in China is on the rise, the scale efficiency is high, and the technological efficiency is low. There is no positive correlation between the growth rate of regional innovation driving efficiency and the economic level. The eight provinces with the fastest growth are Guangdong, Ningxia, Heilongjiang, Liaoning, Zhejiang, Shandong, Hunan, and Fujian. The degree of opening up to the outside world in Fujian does not play a significant role in promoting the efficiency of innovation drive. However, the amount of scientific and technological input from the government and the level of economic development are not significant. The optimization degree of industrial structure upgrading and the level of higher education development have significant promoting effect on the innovation-driven efficiency. Each one of them improves the innovation-driven efficiency by 0.0649 and 0.02330.0.0173 respectively. Based on this, the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the efficiency of regional innovation drive in China.
