【摘要】:目前,第三方檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)行業(yè)正處于高速成長(zhǎng)期,對(duì)檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)技術(shù)人才的爭(zhēng)奪非常激烈。企業(yè)通過(guò)培訓(xùn)增強(qiáng)自身人力資本競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),實(shí)現(xiàn)公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),成為公司永葆競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的重要途徑和必需手段。本文以譜尼測(cè)試深圳公司技術(shù)人員培訓(xùn)工作為研究?jī)?nèi)容,應(yīng)用人力資源管理理論中有關(guān)培訓(xùn)的理論知識(shí),采用文獻(xiàn)分析法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、統(tǒng)計(jì)調(diào)查法等對(duì)公司技術(shù)人員培訓(xùn)的現(xiàn)有流程進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)深入的分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)存在的問(wèn)題并分析其原因,然后,結(jié)合公司運(yùn)營(yíng)的實(shí)際情況,構(gòu)建譜尼測(cè)試深圳公司技術(shù)人員培訓(xùn)體系。該技術(shù)人員培訓(xùn)體系包括5部分,第一是完善公司組織結(jié)構(gòu),成立培訓(xùn)部專(zhuān)門(mén)負(fù)責(zé)公司培訓(xùn)工作;第二是制定技術(shù)人員培訓(xùn)體系構(gòu)建流程,并規(guī)定此流程各環(huán)節(jié)的具體要求和要達(dá)到的預(yù)期目標(biāo);第三是建立技術(shù)人員培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃制定流程、技術(shù)人員培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃實(shí)施流程和技術(shù)人員培訓(xùn)評(píng)估流程,真正做到技術(shù)人員培訓(xùn)工作中的每項(xiàng)任務(wù)都規(guī)范嚴(yán)謹(jǐn);第四是根據(jù)技術(shù)人員培訓(xùn)制度體系、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查分析結(jié)果、技術(shù)人員崗位相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求和培訓(xùn)目標(biāo)等內(nèi)容,設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)人員各崗位培訓(xùn)的具體課程內(nèi)容,以滿足不同層次技術(shù)人員的培訓(xùn)需求;第五是根據(jù)技術(shù)人員培訓(xùn)體系的執(zhí)行情況,獲得技術(shù)人員培訓(xùn)實(shí)施過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的具體問(wèn)題,分析其原因,并制定相應(yīng)的預(yù)防措施或糾正措施,防止同類(lèi)問(wèn)題再次發(fā)生,以促進(jìn)技術(shù)人員培訓(xùn)體系的持續(xù)改進(jìn)。譜尼測(cè)試深圳公司將面臨檢測(cè)技術(shù)人才不足或流失的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。因此,公司技術(shù)人才的獲得更多地要依靠公司內(nèi)部的發(fā)掘和培養(yǎng),通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)一套具有較強(qiáng)針對(duì)性、實(shí)用性、有效性、可行性的技術(shù)人員培訓(xùn)體系,并建立和完善培訓(xùn)動(dòng)力機(jī)制和培訓(xùn)激勵(lì)約束機(jī)制等保障措施體系,保證為公司培養(yǎng)一批技術(shù)水平高、操作技能強(qiáng)、職業(yè)素質(zhì)過(guò)硬且適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)變化發(fā)展的技術(shù)人員隊(duì)伍。

In this paper, the training of technical personnel of Shenzhen company is studied by using Boni test, applying the theory knowledge of human resource management theory, using literature analysis method and questionnaire method. The statistical investigation method and so on have carried on the system thorough analysis to the company technical personnel training present process, discovered the existence question and analyzed its reason, then, unifies the company to operate the actual situation, Build the training system of technical personnel of Shenzhen company. The technical personnel training system consists of five parts. The first is to perfect the organizational structure of the company, and the training department should be set up to be responsible for the training work of the company. The second is to formulate the process of constructing the technical personnel training system. And specify the specific requirements and expected objectives to be achieved in each link of the process; third, establish the technical personnel training plan development process, technical personnel training plan implementation process and technical personnel training evaluation process, the third is to establish the technical personnel training plan development process, the technical personnel training plan implementation process and the technical personnel training appraisal process, It is true that every task in the training of technical personnel is standardized and rigorous.
