浙江省城鎮(zhèn)化與生態(tài)—經(jīng)濟(jì)—環(huán)境耦合發(fā)展與動(dòng)態(tài)計(jì)量

【摘要】:[目的]研究2000—2014年浙江省城鎮(zhèn)—環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的動(dòng)態(tài)計(jì)量特征,為浙江省制定新型城鎮(zhèn)化可持續(xù)發(fā)展政策提供決策依據(jù)。[方法]基于耦合協(xié)調(diào)度模型,評(píng)價(jià)城鎮(zhèn)化和生態(tài)環(huán)境的相互影響程度,并將其劃分為4種類型,研究了城鎮(zhèn)化和生態(tài)環(huán)境的協(xié)調(diào)關(guān)系。[結(jié)果](1)經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、人口城鎮(zhèn)化及其綜合發(fā)展水平和生態(tài)環(huán)境響應(yīng)、狀態(tài)、壓力及其綜合發(fā)展水平均持續(xù)增長(zhǎng);協(xié)調(diào)度穩(wěn)定增長(zhǎng),由低度協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展為良好協(xié)調(diào)、城鎮(zhèn)化滯后轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樯鷳B(tài)環(huán)境滯后。(2)城鎮(zhèn)化和生態(tài)環(huán)境的協(xié)調(diào)關(guān)系可劃分為4種類型:良好協(xié)調(diào)—生態(tài)環(huán)境滯后、中度協(xié)調(diào)—生態(tài)環(huán)境滯后、良好協(xié)調(diào)—城鎮(zhèn)化滯后、中度協(xié)調(diào)—城鎮(zhèn)化滯后。[結(jié)論]各城市必須對(duì)應(yīng)各自協(xié)調(diào)與滯后的現(xiàn)狀,做到在保護(hù)生態(tài)環(huán)境的同時(shí),繼續(xù)加強(qiáng)城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè),以推動(dòng)二者協(xié)同發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:[objective] to study the dynamic measurement characteristics of the coordinated development of town and environment in Zhejiang Province from 2000 to 2014, and to provide the decision basis for making the sustainable development policy of new urbanization in Zhejiang Province. [methods] based on the coupling coordination degree model, the degree of interaction between urbanization and ecological environment was evaluated and divided into four types, and the coordination relationship between urbanization and ecological environment was studied. [results] (1) the economic, social and population urbanization and its comprehensive level of development and ecological environment response, state, pressure and their comprehensive development level all increased continuously, and the degree of coordination increased steadily, from low degree of coordinated development to good coordination. The coordination relationship between urbanization and ecological environment can be divided into four types: good coordination and ecological environment lag, moderate coordination and ecological environment lagging, good coordination and urbanization lagging. Moderate coordination-urbanization lags behind. [conclusion] each city must correspond to the current situation of coordination and lag, while protecting the ecological environment, we should continue to strengthen the construction of urbanization, so as to promote the coordinated development of the two.
