建設(shè)工程全壽命周期成本咨詢(xún)服務(wù)模塊化機(jī)制研究

【摘要】:在工程建設(shè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的大環(huán)境背景下,全壽命周期成本評(píng)價(jià)(Life Cycle Costing,LCC)技術(shù)日益受到人們的關(guān)注和重視,也為作為L(zhǎng)CC技術(shù)實(shí)施載體的工程咨詢(xún)服務(wù)業(yè)帶來(lái)了新的業(yè)務(wù)機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。工程造價(jià)咨詢(xún)單位是工程經(jīng)濟(jì)咨詢(xún)服務(wù)的傳統(tǒng)提供商,是公認(rèn)的LCC咨詢(xún)服務(wù)供給主體。然而,由于LCC咨詢(xún)服務(wù)效率低、成本高、低質(zhì)量保證的服務(wù)特性與建設(shè)項(xiàng)目定制需求之間的矛盾,導(dǎo)致LCC咨詢(xún)服務(wù)在建設(shè)工程市場(chǎng)中被供求雙方所放棄,LCC咨詢(xún)服務(wù)對(duì)建設(shè)工程可持續(xù)發(fā)展的助推效用無(wú)法實(shí)現(xiàn)。據(jù)此,本文從模塊化理論視角入手,將具有提高服務(wù)效率、降低成本、高質(zhì)量保證價(jià)值的模塊化手段引入到LCC咨詢(xún)服務(wù)領(lǐng)域,探索LCC咨詢(xún)服務(wù)的模塊化路徑,對(duì)建設(shè)工程LCC咨詢(xún)服務(wù)的模塊化機(jī)制進(jìn)行了研究,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)LCC咨詢(xún)服務(wù)的大規(guī)模定制,解決其面臨的現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題。本文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容包括三個(gè)方面。首先,從分析LCC咨詢(xún)服務(wù)不同于一般專(zhuān)業(yè)服務(wù)的制造產(chǎn)品特征著手,指出在建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目環(huán)境下,LCC咨詢(xún)服務(wù)的模塊化需要強(qiáng)調(diào)其服務(wù)基本屬性的同時(shí),也要注重其非接觸服務(wù)特征內(nèi)含的類(lèi)制造屬性,即LCC咨詢(xún)服務(wù)兼具服務(wù)、制造的雙重屬性。再?gòu)腖CC咨詢(xún)服務(wù)的雙重屬性情境出發(fā),分別以快速低成本為目標(biāo),區(qū)隔LCC咨詢(xún)服務(wù)的測(cè)算模塊;以高質(zhì)量保證為目標(biāo),區(qū)隔LCC咨詢(xún)服務(wù)的服務(wù)模塊,從而給出了解決LCC咨詢(xún)服務(wù)所面臨的技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)矛盾的模塊系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建路徑。其次,在對(duì)不同屬性LCC咨詢(xún)服務(wù)模塊區(qū)隔的基礎(chǔ)上,基于所確立的模塊化目標(biāo),以多目標(biāo)規(guī)劃為理論依據(jù),將客戶(hù)的定制需求轉(zhuǎn)化為模塊配置的技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)約束,構(gòu)建了LCC咨詢(xún)服務(wù)模塊配置的數(shù)學(xué)優(yōu)化模型;考慮LCC咨詢(xún)情境下技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)型服務(wù)所受到的雙重約束特點(diǎn),開(kāi)發(fā)了一種實(shí)用的基于雙模塊的模擬退火算法(TMSAH),以對(duì)配置模型的求解過(guò)程進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。通過(guò)經(jīng)典算例仿真和計(jì)算機(jī)編程,驗(yàn)證了配置模型的可行性和算法的實(shí)用性,由此證明了運(yùn)用模塊化理論解決LCC咨詢(xún)服務(wù)規(guī)模定制問(wèn)題的合理性。最后,依據(jù)構(gòu)建的模塊系統(tǒng)和模塊配置模型,構(gòu)建了適用于兼有制造產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)雙重屬性的LCC咨詢(xún)服務(wù)模塊化平臺(tái)架構(gòu),運(yùn)用逾滲理論和本體集成理論,提出了不同數(shù)據(jù)資源狀態(tài)下平臺(tái)的運(yùn)行流程解決方案和數(shù)據(jù)異構(gòu)情形下模塊的集成問(wèn)題解決方案。研究結(jié)果有助于LCC咨詢(xún)服務(wù)在建設(shè)工程領(lǐng)域的大規(guī)模應(yīng)用,有力推動(dòng)建設(shè)工程可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the sustainable development of engineering construction, the life cycle cost assessment (LCC) technology has been paid more and more attention to, and has brought new business opportunities and challenges to the engineering consulting service industry as the carrier of LCC technology implementation. Engineering cost consulting unit is the traditional provider of engineering economic consulting service, and is recognized as the main provider of LCC consulting service. However, due to the low efficiency, high cost and low quality assurance of the LCC consulting service, there is a contradiction between the service characteristics and the customization requirements of the construction project. As a result, the LCC consulting service is abandoned by the supply and demand side in the construction engineering market, and the utility of the LCC consulting service to the sustainable development of the construction project cannot be realized. From the perspective of modularization theory, this paper introduces modularization means which can improve service efficiency, reduce cost and ensure value of high quality into the field of LCC consulting service, and explore the modularization path of LCC consulting service. The modularization mechanism of LCC consulting service in construction engineering is studied in order to realize the mass customization of LCC consulting service and solve the practical problems. The main content of this paper includes three aspects. First of all, by analyzing the characteristics of manufacturing products of LCC consulting services different from general professional services, it is pointed out that the modularization of LCC consulting services in the construction project environment needs to emphasize the basic attributes of LCC services at the same time. We should also pay attention to the class manufacturing attributes contained in its contactless service features, that is, the dual attributes of LCC consulting service and manufacturing. Then proceed from the dual attribute situation of LCC consulting service, take fast and low cost as the goal, divide the calculation module of LCC consulting service, take the high quality assurance as the goal, divide the service module of LCC consultation service, Thus, the construction path of the module system for solving the technical and economic contradiction of LCC consulting service is given. Secondly, on the basis of the different attributes of LCC consulting service module, based on the established modularization goal, based on the multi-objective programming as the theoretical basis, the custom-made requirements of the customer are transformed into the technical and economic constraints of module configuration. The mathematical optimization model of LCC consulting service module configuration is constructed, and the dual constraints of technology development service in LCC consulting environment are considered. A practical simulated annealing algorithm based on two modules (TMSAH) is developed to optimize the solution process of the configuration model. The feasibility of the configuration model and the practicability of the algorithm are verified by simulation of classical examples and computer programming. The rationality of using modularization theory to solve the problem of scale customization of LCC consulting service is proved. Finally, according to the module system and module configuration model, the modular platform architecture of LCC consulting service, which has dual attributes of manufacturing products and services, is constructed, and the percolation theory and ontology integration theory are used. This paper presents a solution to the running flow of the platform under different data resource conditions and a solution to the integration problem of the module in the case of heterogeneous data. The research results are helpful to the large-scale application of LCC consulting service in the field of construction engineering and can promote the sustainable development of construction engineering.
