【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)不斷發(fā)展,居民收入和消費(fèi)逐漸變?yōu)闊狳c(diǎn)的話題。越來越多的研究學(xué)者應(yīng)用各種方法對收入與消費(fèi)進(jìn)行深入分析和研究,創(chuàng)立了很多理論和模型,對居民收入和消費(fèi)提供了理論指導(dǎo)和研究方法。本文對我國居民收入和消費(fèi)支出情況進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計分析,指出我國居民在收入和消費(fèi)方面的問題,并針對問題給出合理的建議。首先,對我國各省市地區(qū)的收入與支出進(jìn)行描述統(tǒng)計分析,直觀的給出我國居民收入與消費(fèi)變動情況;其次,應(yīng)用聚類分析對我國各省市的收入與消費(fèi)情況進(jìn)行分類,給出不同省市所在類別,再應(yīng)用典型相關(guān)分析對居民收入來源和支出方面進(jìn)行分析,探討收入與消費(fèi)的相關(guān)度。再次,應(yīng)用回歸分析的方法,對我國居民收入與消費(fèi)方面進(jìn)行擬合分析,根據(jù)回歸檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果,檢驗(yàn)?zāi)Ｐ褪欠穹隙嘣�性回歸的基本假定。本文主要針對具有多重共線性的情況下的模型選擇,應(yīng)用有偏估計中的主成分回歸、嶺回歸和變量選擇中的逐步回歸、絕對約束估計、彈性約束估計方法進(jìn)行分析,比較各個模型的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),選出最好的模型,并對參數(shù)進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)意義上的闡釋。最后,根據(jù)分析的結(jié)果,對我國居民收入和消費(fèi)情況,給出合理性的建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of our economy, income and consumption have become a hot topic. More and more researchers apply various methods to analyze and study income and consumption, and many theories and models have been established, which provide theoretical guidance and research methods for residents' income and consumption. This paper makes a statistical analysis on the income and consumption expenditure of Chinese residents, points out the problems in income and consumption of Chinese residents, and puts forward some reasonable suggestions for the problems. First of all, the income and expenditure of provinces and cities in China are described and analyzed, and the changes of income and consumption of Chinese residents are intuitively given. Secondly, the income and consumption of provinces and cities in China are classified by cluster analysis. In this paper, different provinces and cities are given, then the source of income and expenditure of residents are analyzed by canonical correlation analysis, and the correlation between income and consumption is discussed. Thirdly, the regression analysis method is used to analyze the income and consumption of Chinese residents. According to the results of regression test, the model is proved to be consistent with the basic assumption of multivariate linear regression. In this paper, we apply the principal component regression in biased estimation, ridge regression and stepwise regression in variable selection, absolute constraint estimation and elastic constraint estimation to model selection with multiple collinearity. Compare the advantages and disadvantages of each model, select the best model, and explain the parameters in economic sense. Finally, according to the results of the analysis, reasonable suggestions are given to the income and consumption of Chinese residents.
