【摘要】：從系統(tǒng)集成優(yōu)化的角度研究震后應(yīng)急物資配送的一種新模糊定位-路徑問題(LRP),綜合考慮救災(zāi)點(diǎn)所在地理位置和地形導(dǎo)致的應(yīng)急車輛行駛時(shí)間的隨機(jī)性、救災(zāi)點(diǎn)應(yīng)急物資需求量的不確定性與應(yīng)急物資配送的時(shí)間緊迫性,以應(yīng)急物資總運(yùn)達(dá)時(shí)間最短與總配送成本最小為目標(biāo),構(gòu)建一個(gè)基于機(jī)會約束規(guī)劃的多目標(biāo)模糊LRP優(yōu)化模型,并根據(jù)模型的特點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)了一種混合免疫遺傳算法予以求解。最后,通過算例驗(yàn)證了本文方法能有效解決震后應(yīng)急物資配送的模糊多目標(biāo)LRP,實(shí)現(xiàn)了震后應(yīng)急物流中心定位和應(yīng)急車輛路徑規(guī)劃的聯(lián)合決策。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a new fuzzy location-path problem (LRP) for the distribution of emergency materials after earthquake is studied from the angle of system integration optimization, and the randomness of emergency vehicle travel time caused by the location and terrain of disaster relief point is considered synthetically. The uncertainty of emergency material demand and the urgency of emergency material distribution in disaster relief point are analyzed. A multi-objective fuzzy LRP optimization model based on opportunity constrained programming is constructed to minimize the total delivery time and total delivery cost of emergency materials. According to the characteristics of the model, a hybrid immune genetic algorithm is designed to solve the problem. Finally, an example is given to verify that the proposed method can effectively solve the problem of fuzzy multi-objective LRP of post-earthquake emergency material distribution, and realize the joint decision of location of emergency logistics center after earthquake and route planning of emergency vehicle.
