承接國際服務外包對中國三大產業(yè)就業(yè)水平的影響研究

【摘要】:服務外包從20世紀80年代開始在歐美發(fā)達國家興起,它能夠讓企業(yè)更好地專注于自身的核心優(yōu)勢、降低經營成本,并不斷推動著跨國際的離岸服務外包的蓬勃發(fā)展。我國的國際服務外包產業(yè)起步較晚,但是憑借豐富的人力資源、快速穩(wěn)定的經濟發(fā)展態(tài)勢等優(yōu)勢,已經一躍成為全球第二大服務外包承接國,但同時,我國又面臨著龐大的就業(yè)壓力。作為新型服務產業(yè)的一種,服務外包能夠有效吸納大批高素質勞動力。那么研究國際服務外包對我國的勞動力市場的影響對于改善我國的就業(yè)問題、促進服務外包的發(fā)展就具備一定的研究價值。本文首先闡述了服務外包對就業(yè)水平影響這一主題的研究背景,劃定了本文就業(yè)效應的研究范圍,總結歸納了國內外對于國際服務外包就業(yè)效應的研究成果;然后介紹了一般國際服務外包理論,探討了國際服務外包就業(yè)效應的產生機制。為了展開進一步的實證研究,本文整理選取了中國相關變量的時間序列數據(1997-2012年),并通過協(xié)整分析等計量方法對承接國際服務與我國三大產業(yè)就業(yè)規(guī)模進行了實證分析。實證分析的結果顯示,承接國際服務外包能夠促進我國第二產業(yè)就業(yè)和第三產業(yè)就業(yè)規(guī)模的擴大,但對我國第一產業(yè)就業(yè)人數存在抑制作用。最后,根據研究結果提出了發(fā)展國際服務外包以及促進就業(yè)的相關政策建議。
[Abstract]:Service outsourcing began to rise in developed countries in Europe and America in the 1980s. It can make enterprises pay more attention to their core advantages, reduce operating costs, and constantly promote the vigorous development of offshore service outsourcing across the international market. China's international service outsourcing industry started late, but with the advantages of abundant human resources and rapid and stable economic development, it has become the second largest service outsourcing country in the world, but at the same time, Our country also faces the huge employment pressure. As a new type of service industry, service outsourcing can effectively absorb a large number of high-quality labor force. So the study of the influence of international service outsourcing on the labor market of our country has certain research value for improving the employment problem of our country and promoting the development of service outsourcing. At first, this paper expounds the background of the research on the influence of service outsourcing on employment level, delimits the scope of the research on employment effect of this paper, and summarizes the research results of the employment effect of international service outsourcing at home and abroad. Then the general theory of international service outsourcing is introduced, and the mechanism of employment effect of international service outsourcing is discussed. In order to carry out further empirical research, this paper collates and selects the time series data of Chinese related variables (1997-2012), and makes an empirical analysis by means of cointegration analysis and other econometric methods to undertake international services and the employment scale of three major industries in China. The results of empirical analysis show that undertaking international service outsourcing can promote the expansion of the employment scale of the secondary and tertiary industries in China, but it can inhibit the employment of the primary industry in China. Finally, according to the results of the research, the paper puts forward some policy recommendations on the development of international service outsourcing and employment promotion.
