【摘要】：論文從宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)最基本的城鄉(xiāng)二元主體出發(fā),梳理了城鄉(xiāng)居民二元主體貸款需求的內(nèi)在機(jī)理,使用貝爾曼方程解析出城鄉(xiāng)信貸方式產(chǎn)生的住房跨期消費(fèi)差異,從而對城鄉(xiāng)資本積累產(chǎn)生了沖擊,進(jìn)一步引起城鄉(xiāng)居民住房消費(fèi)的差異。以宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)體中經(jīng)濟(jì)增長需求拉動的"信貸-資本-消費(fèi)"內(nèi)生機(jī)制為基礎(chǔ),立足于宏觀政策高度審視"信貸-資本"聯(lián)動的內(nèi)生機(jī)制的結(jié)構(gòu)性變動對城鄉(xiāng)居民消費(fèi)水平的影響,構(gòu)建出我國城鄉(xiāng)居民二元主體的跨期住房消費(fèi)信貸約束模型。
[Abstract]:Starting from the basic urban-rural dual subject of macro-economy, this paper combs the internal mechanism of the urban-rural residents' dual main body's loan demand, and analyzes the housing consumption difference between urban and rural credit mode by using Berman's equation. This impact on urban and rural capital accumulation, and further cause the difference of housing consumption between urban and rural residents. Based on the endogenous mechanism of "credit, capital and consumption", which is driven by the demand for economic growth in macro economies, Based on the macro policy, this paper examines the influence of the structural changes of the endogenous mechanism of "credit-capital" linkage on the consumption level of urban and rural residents, and constructs a model of intertemporal housing consumption credit constraint of dual subjects of urban and rural residents in China.
