【摘要】：該文基于國內(nèi)外最新可獲得的數(shù)據(jù),對中國的最低工資水平進行了歷時態(tài)和共時態(tài)的比較研究。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):在2005-2014年間,中國最低工資水平有所提高,地區(qū)差異也有所縮小,但增長速度不高,其占人均國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值(GDP)之比有所下降。從國際比較的視角來看,中國最低工資水平低于其經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平,但增速卻不低。就中國所處的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平來看,其最低工資水平尚處在一個相對正常的區(qū)間。從最低工資標準的變化來看,中國的調(diào)整方式存在著法律法規(guī)不明確和主觀隨意性較大的問題。為了增強最低工資標準設(shè)定的合理性,中國應當保持一個適當?shù)淖畹凸べY標準增長速度,并嘗試建立最低工資標準的自動調(diào)整制度。
[Abstract]:Based on the latest available data at home and abroad, a comparative study of the minimum wage level in China has been carried out. The study found that the minimum wage level in China has improved in 2005-2014 years, and the regional differences have also been reduced, but the rate of growth is not high, and the ratio of GDP to per capita gross domestic product (GDP) has declined. In the view of international comparison, the minimum wage level in China is lower than its economic development level, but its growth rate is not low. In terms of the level of economic development in China, the minimum wage level is still in a relatively normal range. From the change of the minimum wage standard, the adjustment mode of China is not clear and subjective in the laws and regulations. In order to increase the reasonableness of the minimum wage standard setting, China should maintain a proper minimum wage standard growth rate and try to establish an automatic adjustment system for the minimum wage standard.
