【摘要】：根據(jù)現(xiàn)階段發(fā)展社區(qū)式居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)體系的現(xiàn)實(shí)需求和實(shí)際困境,結(jié)合ppp項(xiàng)目形式所具有的優(yōu)勢、發(fā)展前景等,可將ppp項(xiàng)目運(yùn)用于養(yǎng)老服務(wù)體系的構(gòu)建和發(fā)展中,達(dá)到創(chuàng)新養(yǎng)老服務(wù)體系、提高社區(qū)式居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)質(zhì)量、進(jìn)而完善我國養(yǎng)老服務(wù)事業(yè)、有效應(yīng)對(duì)老齡化及養(yǎng)老問題等。
[Abstract]:According to the actual needs and practical difficulties of developing the community type home pension service system at present, combined with the advantages and development prospects of the ppp project form, the ppp project can be applied to the construction and development of the pension service system. To achieve innovative pension service system, improve the quality of community home pension service, and then improve the cause of old-age service in China, effectively deal with the aging and pension problems, and so on.
