【摘要】：目前,農(nóng)民工的住房保障供給機(jī)制尚不完善,供給主體、供給政策、供給資源和供給功能四個(gè)方面均呈現(xiàn)出碎片化特征。農(nóng)民工住房保障機(jī)制應(yīng)該以整體性治理為目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向,整合住房保障主體以實(shí)現(xiàn)主體間的合作,整合住房保障政策以確保政策的系統(tǒng)性與有效性,整合住房保障資源以保證政策的有效執(zhí)行,整合住房保障功能以獲得最大效果,從而破解農(nóng)民工住房保障的碎片化困境。
[Abstract]:At present, the housing security supply mechanism of migrant workers is not perfect, supply main body, supply policy, supply resources and supply function all show fragmentation characteristics. The housing security mechanism of migrant workers should be guided by holistic governance, integrate the main body of housing security to realize the cooperation among the subjects, and integrate the housing security policy to ensure the systematization and effectiveness of the policy. The integration of housing security resources to ensure the effective implementation of policies, the integration of housing security function to obtain the greatest effect, so as to solve the fragmentation of migrant workers' housing security dilemma.
