【摘要】:近年來,隨著經(jīng)濟全球化發(fā)展的進程不斷深入和我國市場經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,物流行業(yè)在整個國民經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中的地位也發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化,發(fā)揮的作用也越來越重要。伴隨著這種變化,人們也越來越意識到物流企業(yè)中層管理人員是物流企業(yè)的中堅力量,是影響物流企業(yè)乃至整個物流業(yè)能否持續(xù)、高速發(fā)展的重要因素。通過對物流企業(yè)中層管理人員勝任力問題的深入研究,可以具體地分析出從業(yè)人員應(yīng)具有的能力和素質(zhì),有助于提高中層管理人員的職位勝任力,為物流企業(yè)培養(yǎng)優(yōu)秀的管理人才和后備力量,充分發(fā)揮中層管理人員在企業(yè)管理中的重要作用,推動物流企業(yè)和物流行業(yè)的高效發(fā)展。本文在介紹了勝任力相關(guān)知識的基礎(chǔ)上,系統(tǒng)的闡述了勝任力模型的相關(guān)理論,并對勝任力模型的構(gòu)建過程進行了簡要的說明。在勝任力模型的指導下,對物流企業(yè)中層管理人員進行了角色定位,通過文獻分析法獲取了勝任力要素,并通過行為事件訪談法對勝任力要素進行補充和修訂。在此基礎(chǔ)上以大型物流企業(yè)的中層管理人員作為調(diào)查對象,采用問卷調(diào)查法、探索性因子分析、信度、效度檢驗等方法,確定模型的維度與權(quán)重,建立了物流企業(yè)中層管理人員的勝任力模型。最后,基于構(gòu)建的中層管理人員勝任力模型對物流企業(yè)在中層管理人員的招聘、培訓、績效評價和職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃方面進行了應(yīng)用探討,以達到提升物流企業(yè)中層管理人員勝任力水平的目的。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of economic globalization and the rapid development of the market economy in China, the position of logistics industry in the development of the whole national economy has also undergone earth-shaking changes, and the role of the logistics industry has become more and more important. Along with this change, people are more and more aware that middle managers of logistics enterprises are the backbone of logistics enterprises, which is an important factor that affects the sustainability and rapid development of logistics enterprises and even the whole logistics industry. Through the in-depth study on the competency of middle managers in logistics enterprises, we can concretely analyze the ability and quality of employees, which is helpful to improve the competence of middle managers. Training excellent management talents and reserve forces for logistics enterprises, giving full play to the important role of middle managers in enterprise management, and promoting the efficient development of logistics enterprises and logistics industry. Based on the introduction of competency related knowledge, this paper systematically expounds the relevant theory of competency model, and briefly explains the construction process of competency model. Under the guidance of competency model, the role of middle managers in logistics enterprises is positioned, competency elements are obtained by literature analysis, and competency elements are supplemented and revised by behavior event interview. On the basis of this, the middle managers of large logistics enterprises are taken as the objects of investigation, and the dimension and weight of the model are determined by the methods of questionnaire, exploratory factor analysis, reliability, validity test and so on. The competency model of middle managers in logistics enterprises is established. Finally, based on the competency model of middle management, the application of logistics enterprises in middle management recruitment, training, performance evaluation and career planning is discussed. In order to achieve the purpose of improving the level of competency of middle management in logistics enterprises.
