【摘要】：就業(yè)市場是檢驗(yàn)大學(xué)生就業(yè)競爭力的試金石,測度大學(xué)生就業(yè)競爭力關(guān)鍵是用人單位對大學(xué)生就業(yè)情況的反饋,但是已有研究多是從高校教師和學(xué)生層面研究大學(xué)生就業(yè)競爭力,忽略了用人單位的評價(jià);因此,本文通過文獻(xiàn)回顧,用德爾菲法進(jìn)行量表設(shè)計(jì),通過對就業(yè)市場的問卷調(diào)研,采用探索性因子分析構(gòu)建了用于評價(jià)大學(xué)生就業(yè)競爭力的評價(jià)體系,通過對該評價(jià)體系的研究,為高校提升大學(xué)生就業(yè)競爭力提供了一系列管理啟示和建議,為引導(dǎo)高校相關(guān)部門和在校大學(xué)生重視就業(yè)競爭力培養(yǎng),實(shí)現(xiàn)高質(zhì)量就業(yè)提供參考借鑒。
[Abstract]:The employment market is the touchstone to test the employment competitiveness of college students. The key to measure the employment competitiveness of college students is the feedback from employers on the employment situation of college students. However, most of the previous studies have focused on the employment competitiveness of college students at the level of teachers and students, ignoring the evaluation of employers. Therefore, through literature review, using Delphi method to design the scale, and through the questionnaire survey of the job market, This paper constructs an evaluation system for evaluating the employment competitiveness of college students by using exploratory factor analysis. Through the study of the evaluation system, it provides a series of management enlightenment and suggestions for colleges and universities to enhance the employment competitiveness of college students. To guide the relevant departments and college students to pay attention to the training of employment competitiveness, to achieve high quality employment to provide reference.
