【摘要】："十三五"時期,為落實按照基本公共服務(wù)均等化的要求,加快引導(dǎo)農(nóng)民工有序落戶城鎮(zhèn),國家應(yīng)統(tǒng)籌安排、做好頂層設(shè)計,完善與農(nóng)民工"帶資進城"相配套的法律法規(guī),探索建立農(nóng)民工市民化的區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)機制。地方政府應(yīng)在深化落實各項改革政策基礎(chǔ)上,積極探索、勇于創(chuàng)新,更加注重引導(dǎo)農(nóng)民工充分就業(yè)并提高就業(yè)層次,推動農(nóng)民工在大中小城鎮(zhèn)分層落戶和就地落戶等。
[Abstract]:During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, in order to implement the requirements of equalization of basic public services and speed up the guidance for migrant workers to settle down in cities and towns in an orderly manner, the state should make overall arrangements, do a good job of top-level design, and perfect the laws and regulations matching with migrant workers'"bringing capital into cities".To explore the establishment of a regional coordination mechanism for the urbanization of migrant workers.On the basis of deepening the implementation of various reform policies, local governments should actively explore and innovate, pay more attention to guiding migrant workers to get full employment and raise the level of employment, and promote migrant workers to settle in large, medium and small cities and towns at different levels and on the spot.
