【摘要】：20世紀(jì)80年代以來,隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會的快速發(fā)展以及工業(yè)化、城市化進(jìn)程的不斷加快,農(nóng)村外出務(wù)工人員逐步增多,使得農(nóng)村的就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和形勢發(fā)生了根本的變化。部分年輕的、文化程度高的女性實(shí)現(xiàn)了非農(nóng)就業(yè),而因?yàn)楸旧砦幕捷^低、勞動技能單一等諸多條件限制,農(nóng)村40歲以上60歲以下大齡婦女勞動力成為農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的主力軍,但因農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和農(nóng)村耕地的日益減少以及土地利用率不高,收入偏低,所以她們急切需要盡快脫貧致富。以開封市為例而開展的研究表明,我市農(nóng)村大齡婦女有較強(qiáng)的就業(yè)意愿,但因個(gè)人、家庭、社會及其他條件限制,就業(yè)率很低,已經(jīng)就業(yè)的大齡婦女就業(yè)崗位不理想,收入偏低,未就業(yè)的亟待就業(yè)。通過對農(nóng)村大齡婦女的就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀及就業(yè)意向的了解,筆者根據(jù)調(diào)查結(jié)果認(rèn)真分析了影響農(nóng)村大齡婦女就業(yè)的因素,認(rèn)為個(gè)人、家庭、企業(yè)、社會及其他方面的多種綜合因素都會左右農(nóng)村大齡婦女的就業(yè)抉擇。結(jié)合開封市目前在政府政策層面采取的一系列的措施,探索推動農(nóng)村大齡婦女就業(yè)的多種渠道。通過本文的研究,推動農(nóng)村大齡婦女就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)的對策則可以從政府、個(gè)人、企業(yè)、社會四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行路徑優(yōu)化選擇。
[Abstract]:Since 1980s, with China's rapid economic and social development and industrialization, city urbanization, increasing rural migrant workers, the employment structure and the situation of rural fundamental change. Some of the young women, a high degree of culture to achieve non-agricultural employment, and because of their low cultural level, to limit labor skills such as single condition, rural 40 years old 60 years old older women's labor force become the main force in agricultural production, but due to the adjustment of agricultural structure and rural farmland decreasing and the land utilization rate is not high, low income, so they are in urgent need of poverty as soon as possible. To study and carry out the kaifengcity I suggest that older women in rural city have strong employment intention, but for personal, family, social restrictions and other conditions, the employment rate is very low, the employment of older women Female employment is not ideal, low income, not employment to employment. Through the employment status and employment intention of rural older women to understand, according to the survey results analyzed the factors affecting the rural employment of older women that individual, family, business, employment choice of various factors of social and other aspects of the will about rural older women. Combined with the city being taken in the aspect of government policy a series of measures, a variety of channels to explore and promote the rural employment of older women. Through this study, countermeasures to promote rural elder women employment and entrepreneurship will be from the government, individuals, enterprises, society four aspects of path selection.
