【摘要】：近年來,我國食品安全事故頻發(fā),不僅危及到消費(fèi)者的生命安全,而且嚴(yán)重挫傷了消費(fèi)者的社會(huì)信任,直至影響社會(huì)的和諧穩(wěn)定。消費(fèi)者社會(huì)信任的缺失會(huì)對(duì)其購買意愿產(chǎn)生嚴(yán)重的影響,社會(huì)信任機(jī)制一旦被破環(huán),其需要經(jīng)歷一個(gè)相當(dāng)漫長(zhǎng)的修復(fù)過程,食品鏈出問題,究其本質(zhì)原因是社會(huì)信任鏈出現(xiàn)了問題�？傮w來看,中國人的社會(huì)信任水平較低,解決社會(huì)信任危機(jī)刻不容緩。針對(duì)消費(fèi)者對(duì)食品安全的社會(huì)信任,圍繞影響因素,目前中外學(xué)者已從不同視角對(duì)其進(jìn)行了研究,但只是局部零散的,食品安全社會(huì)信任的影響因素尚不明確,食品安全社會(huì)信任的演化機(jī)制并沒有得到系統(tǒng)化的探究,如何重構(gòu)食品安全社會(huì)信任機(jī)制的研究更為匱乏。只有建立健全可靠的社會(huì)信任體系,明晰社會(huì)信任的演化過程,才能防止在重大食品安全事件發(fā)生時(shí)謠言的蔓延而導(dǎo)致社會(huì)混亂,以維護(hù)消費(fèi)者利益,保障食品產(chǎn)業(yè)的長(zhǎng)治久安。本文以2409位消費(fèi)者的食品安全社會(huì)信任調(diào)查問卷為基礎(chǔ),運(yùn)用實(shí)證分析對(duì)社會(huì)信任影響因素及其演化機(jī)理進(jìn)行探討和研究。首先,本文通過問卷調(diào)查法對(duì)消費(fèi)者食品安全社會(huì)信任現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)研分析,了解當(dāng)前的社會(huì)信任水平,問卷表明消費(fèi)者普遍關(guān)注食品安全問題,但對(duì)食品安全的社會(huì)信任極度缺失,政府管理工作、食品種類安全、個(gè)人認(rèn)知水平等因素都在一定程度上導(dǎo)致了食品安全事件的發(fā)生;其次,本文借鑒信任建立模型,運(yùn)用因子分析法,通過構(gòu)建二項(xiàng)Logistic回歸模型,對(duì)消費(fèi)者食品安全社會(huì)信任影響因素進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)政府管理工作、食品種類安全、認(rèn)知水平、個(gè)人因素等都顯著影響了消費(fèi)者對(duì)食品安全的社會(huì)信任水平,消費(fèi)者對(duì)政府管理工作效果評(píng)價(jià)越高、對(duì)不同種類食品判斷越安全、認(rèn)為當(dāng)前食品安全狀況改善程度越大,其社會(huì)信任水平越高,而年齡越大、學(xué)歷水平越高、未擔(dān)任經(jīng)營(yíng)管理者的消費(fèi)者對(duì)食品安全的社會(huì)信任水平越低;第三,本文基于動(dòng)態(tài)演化的視角研究消費(fèi)者對(duì)食品安全社會(huì)信任的產(chǎn)生和行成過程,揭示社會(huì)信任的演變規(guī)律,構(gòu)建相應(yīng)的演化過程模型,建立和完善演化機(jī)制;最后,本文在上述實(shí)證研究結(jié)論的基礎(chǔ)上提出相應(yīng)的政策建議,以保護(hù)消費(fèi)者利益,從而為改善我國食品安全管理效果提供參考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's food safety accidents, not only endanger the safety of consumers, but also seriously hurt the consumer's social trust, harmonious and stable society. Until the influence of consumers lack of social trust will have a serious impact on the purchase intention, social trust mechanism once the ring was broken, the need to go through a rather the long repair process, food chain problems, because its essence is social trust chain problems. Overall, the level of social trust Chinese low, solve the social crisis of confidence in the consumer society. It's reliance on food safety, focusing on the impact of factors, the current Chinese and foreign scholars from different angle of the the study, but local scattered, food safety factors of social trust is not clear, the evolution mechanism of food safety social trust has not been systematic research, Study on how to reconstruct the food safety mechanism of social trust is more scarce. Only to establish a sound social trust system, the evolution of clear social trust, in order to prevent rumors in the major food safety incidents to spread and lead to social chaos, in order to safeguard the interests of consumers, protect the food industry's long period of stability. This thesis is on the basis of 2409 consumers the food safety social trust questionnaire, using empirical analysis of influence factors and the mechanism of evolution of social trust are discussed and studied. Firstly, this article through the questionnaire survey on consumer food safety status of the investigation and analysis of social trust, social trust, understand the current levels of questionnaire show that consumers generally pay attention to food safety issues, but on food safety extreme lack of social trust, government management, types of food safety factors, individual cognitive levels are all in one A certain extent led to food safety incidents; secondly, based on trust model, using the factor analysis method, through the construction of two Logistic regression model, the empirical analysis of the influencing factors of consumer food safety social trust, the government management work, cognitive level, types of food safety, personal factors have a significant impact consumers on food safety level of social trust, consumer evaluation on the effect of government management is higher, for different types of food safety judgment, that the current food security situation improved more, the higher the level of social trust, the older, the higher the level of education, not as managers of consumer social trust the level of food safety is lower; third, the production of food safety and social trust of consumers based on a dynamic evolution perspective to reveal the process Evolution of social trust, build evolution model, establish and perfect the mechanism of evolution; finally, based on the empirical findings on the corresponding policy recommendations, in order to protect the interests of consumers, so as to provide reference for improving food safety management effect in our country.
