1995—2012年國內個人收入分布函數演化研究

【摘要】:基于國家統(tǒng)計局1995 2012年個人人均年收入數據,運用數據擬合方法,研究國內絕大多數個人人均年收入的累積分布函數和概率密度函數從1995—2012年的演化過程,結果顯示:累積分布函數為C(x)=Ae-(x-μ)2/2σ2,遵循高斯分布;概率密度函數為P(x)=B(x-μ)e-(x-μ)2/2σ2,概率密度函數圖像的寬度隨著時間的推移從1995—2012年逐步變寬,是(x-μ)因子推動概率密度函數P(x)中的e-(x-μ)2/2σ2部分,在使圖像逐步變寬的同時右方出現了一個逐年加長的類似指數函數的長尾,這種圖像提示從1995—2012年極少數人獲取了極大數量的個人收入;進一步利用個人人均年收入的概率密度函數P(x)計算相應的Gini系數在這一時期的演化后發(fā)現,當今中國收入不公平性已很嚴重,各級相關部門應當從政策改革和福利分配方面有所重視。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of personal per capita income from 1995 to 2012 in the National Bureau of Statistics, this paper studies the evolution process of the cumulative distribution function and probability density function of the per capita income of the vast majority of individuals in China from 1995 to 2012 by using the data fitting method. The results show that the cumulative distribution function is 2 蟽 2, following Gao Si distribution, and the probability density function is 2 蟽 2. The width of the probability density function image gradually widens with time from 1995 to 2012. It is a part of e-mx- 渭 n / 2 蟽 2 蟽 2 in the probability density function (PX). While the image is gradually widened, a long tail of a similar exponential function is appearing on the right side, which indicates that a very small number of people obtained a great amount of personal income from 1995 to 2012; Further calculating the corresponding Gini coefficient by using the probability density function (PX) of per capita income in this period, it is found that the income inequality in China is very serious. Relevant departments at all levels should attach importance to policy reform and welfare distribution.
