【摘要】：新疆作為我國棉花的主產(chǎn)地,其產(chǎn)銷量均列全國首位,然而現(xiàn)有交通方式和運輸體系嚴(yán)重影響了棉花物流效率。本文針對完全依賴棉花專列的傳統(tǒng)外運方式無法解決新疆棉花出疆問題的現(xiàn)狀,大膽提出在鄰疆交通便利區(qū)域建立疆棉出疆物流集散中心的思路,并采用專列與整車、汽運等相結(jié)合的綜合運輸方式,實現(xiàn)疆棉在物流集散中心的有效集結(jié),進而充分利用疆棉物流集散中心所在區(qū)域的綜合運輸優(yōu)勢實現(xiàn)新疆棉花向需求地的高效輸送。為實現(xiàn)這一思路,集散中心的科學(xué)選址是其中的核心技術(shù)問題。本文采用現(xiàn)代物流規(guī)劃的方法,在對新疆周邊相關(guān)區(qū)域交通狀況深入調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,初步選定在將交通較為發(fā)達的陜西省西安市作為疆棉出疆物流集散中心的首選區(qū)域;依據(jù)西安的城市規(guī)劃,綜合考慮交通條件、經(jīng)濟效益、經(jīng)營條件及可持續(xù)性等因素,確定集散中心的備選地。進而,運用德爾菲法確定選址的指標(biāo)構(gòu)成,運用層次分析法及模糊綜合評判法對備選地進行評價,最終確定物流集散中心的位置,并對選址方案的應(yīng)用效果進行了初步預(yù)測。建立疆棉出疆物流集散中心的思路以及集散中心選址方案的研究成果將從理論和現(xiàn)實角度對有效解決新疆棉花出疆難問題提供有力支撐,并對我國棉花產(chǎn)業(yè)物流未來的升級改造具有一定的參考價值。
[Abstract]:Xinjiang as the main origin of cotton in China, its production and sales are listed first in the country, however, the existing traffic and transportation system has seriously affected the efficiency of cotton logistics. In this paper, traditional methods for Sinotrans depends entirely on the cotton train can not solve the current situation of Xinjiang cotton in Xinjiang, bold proposed the establishment of Xinjiang Xinjiang cotton logistics center idea in the Xinjiang region and adjacent to convenient transportation, by train and vehicle, the comprehensive mode of transport for motor combination, to achieve effective aggregation in Xinjiang cotton logistics center, comprehensive transportation advantage and make full use of Xinjiang cotton logistics center region for efficient transport of cotton in Xinjiang to demand. In order to realize this idea the distribution center for scientific location is the core technical issues. This paper uses the method of modern logistics planning, based on Xinjiang related regional traffic conditions in-depth investigation On the preliminary selection in traffic more developed Shaanxi city of Xi'an Province as a preferred region of Xinjiang Xinjiang cotton logistics center; on the basis of Xi'an city planning, considering the traffic conditions, economic benefits, business conditions and sustainability factors, determine the distribution center for alternatives. Furthermore, the use of Delphy Fa to determine the location of the index form and the use of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method on alternatives, logistics distribution center location finalized, and application of the location was predicted. The establishment of Xinjiang cotton research center location project ideas and Xinjiang logistics center will provide strong support from the angle of theory and practice of to effectively solve the difficult problem of Xinjiang cotton in Xinjiang, and has a certain reference value for the upgrading of the future cotton industry logistics in our country.
