【摘要】：正高校建設(shè)隨著素質(zhì)教育和社會(huì)教育水平的不斷提高受到了高校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的關(guān)注和重視,為了能夠合理有效地促進(jìn)高校建設(shè),推進(jìn)素質(zhì)教育的發(fā)展進(jìn)程,合理地調(diào)控高等院校的基建方案投資建設(shè)計(jì)劃,在合理、有效、節(jié)約的基礎(chǔ)上保證高�；ㄍ顿Y中的安全性,避免盲目、冒險(xiǎn)的高�；ɑI資計(jì)劃,對(duì)于整個(gè)學(xué)校的發(fā)展和穩(wěn)定具有重要意義,因此積極構(gòu)建高�；ㄍ顿Y的籌資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的預(yù)測(cè)和評(píng)價(jià)制度體系,維系整個(gè)高�；ㄟ^程合理、穩(wěn)定地進(jìn)
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of quality education and social education level, the construction of colleges and universities has been paid more attention and attention by the leaders of colleges and universities. In order to promote the construction of colleges and universities reasonably and effectively and to promote the development process of quality education, To rationally regulate and control the investment and construction plans of the infrastructure projects of colleges and universities, on the basis of reasonable, effective and economical, to ensure the safety of the investment in the capital construction of colleges and universities, and to avoid blind and risky financing plans for the capital construction of colleges and universities, It is of great significance to the development and stability of the whole school. Therefore, the system of predicting and evaluating the financing risk of the capital construction investment in colleges and universities should be constructed actively, so as to maintain the rational and steady progress of the whole process of the capital construction of the university.
