【摘要】：在新時代背景下,我國的市場環(huán)境和結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生了很大變化,相比以前變得更為靈活、多樣化,尤其是行業(yè)之間的合作使得各行業(yè)都產(chǎn)生了新的變化。商業(yè)地產(chǎn)在發(fā)展過程中,不僅受到了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的影響,行業(yè)內(nèi)更是掀起了輕資產(chǎn)轉(zhuǎn)型的風(fēng)潮,同時商業(yè)地產(chǎn)業(yè)也在嘗試跨界合作。萬達(dá)集團作為我國商業(yè)地產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域的佼佼者,其轉(zhuǎn)型對于業(yè)內(nèi)來說有極高的參考價值。因此本文將重點分析萬達(dá)集團當(dāng)前的發(fā)展情況以及在轉(zhuǎn)型中存在的問題,并結(jié)合當(dāng)前商業(yè)地產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型趨勢提出相應(yīng)的建議。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the new era, the market environment and structure of our country have changed a lot, which is more flexible and diversified than before. In particular, the cooperation between industries has made new changes in various industries. Commercial real estate in the development process, not only by the impact of the Internet, the industry is also set off a wave of light assets transformation. At the same time, the commercial real estate industry is also trying to cross-border cooperation. Wanda Group as a leader in the field of commercial real estate in China. Therefore, this paper will focus on the analysis of the current development of Wanda Group and the existing problems in the transformation. And combined with the current commercial real estate industry transformation trend to put forward the corresponding suggestions.
