【摘要】：同城化作為伴隨著區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化與相鄰城市協(xié)作的縱深發(fā)展而出現(xiàn)的一個(gè)嶄新理念。長(zhǎng)株潭三市地域相鄰、經(jīng)濟(jì)相連、生活相近、產(chǎn)業(yè)互補(bǔ),擁有著深厚的"同城"發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)。隨著長(zhǎng)株潭地區(qū)高鐵的開通以及城際交通的日益完善,三市之間的人才、物資、資金、信息等生產(chǎn)要素的無(wú)障礙流動(dòng)進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)了長(zhǎng)株潭地區(qū)的一體化進(jìn)程,"異地同城生活"的同城化將成為長(zhǎng)株潭區(qū)域發(fā)展新趨勢(shì)。在此背景下,加快建立零換乘、無(wú)障礙的同城化綜合交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系,重點(diǎn)推進(jìn)長(zhǎng)株潭相鄰交界區(qū)域同城化綜合試點(diǎn),著力推進(jìn)長(zhǎng)株潭公共服務(wù)均等化和同城化,加強(qiáng)長(zhǎng)株潭同城化管理體制機(jī)制建設(shè),是推進(jìn)長(zhǎng)株潭同城化發(fā)展的有效途徑。
[Abstract]:With the development of regional economic integration and the cooperation of adjacent cities, the three cities of Changzhou-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan are adjacent to each other, their economies are connected, their lives are close, and their industries complement each other. With the opening of high-speed rail in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan area and the improvement of inter-city transportation, the talents, materials and funds between the three cities. The barrier-free flow of information and other factors of production has further strengthened the integration process in Chang-Zhu-Tan area, and the urbanization of "living in different places and cities" will become a new trend in the development of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan region. We will speed up the establishment of a zero-transfer and barrier-free integrated transportation network system for the city, with emphasis on promoting the integrated pilot projects in the adjacent areas of Chang-Zhuzhou, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan to promote the equalization and co-urbanization of public services in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan. It is an effective way to promote the development of Chang-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan city by strengthening the construction of the management system of Chang-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan.
