【摘要】：了解不同經(jīng)濟(jì)增長階段環(huán)保投資呈現(xiàn)的波動特征,對實現(xiàn)環(huán)保投資與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展尤為重要。文章通過構(gòu)建分階段閾值協(xié)整回歸模型,分析了我國不同經(jīng)濟(jì)增長階段,經(jīng)濟(jì)增長和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)對環(huán)保投資的差異性影響。同時,分析了環(huán)保投資與COD排放量在不同的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長階段二者之間呈現(xiàn)的關(guān)聯(lián)性影響。研究表明:我國環(huán)保投資隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)周期的不同出現(xiàn)非線性波動;環(huán)保投資與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的閾值效應(yīng)發(fā)生在人均GDP增長率為9.01%處;我國產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)對環(huán)保投資呈現(xiàn)負(fù)相關(guān)且正在轉(zhuǎn)型與升級;總的來看,環(huán)保投資對COD呈現(xiàn)出反常的正相關(guān)性,即目前環(huán)保投資對COD減排并未實質(zhì)性地推動作用。
[Abstract]:It is very important to understand the fluctuating characteristics of environmental protection investment in different economic growth stages, which is very important to realize the harmonious development of environmental protection investment and economic growth. This paper constructs a stepwise threshold cointegration regression model. This paper analyzes the different influences of economic growth and industrial structure on environmental protection investment in different stages of economic growth in China. This paper analyzes the relationship between environmental protection investment and COD emissions in different economic growth stages. The results show that: China's environmental protection investment has nonlinear fluctuations with different economic cycles; The threshold effect of environmental protection investment and economic growth occurs when the per capita GDP growth rate is 9.01%; China's industrial structure has negative correlation with environmental protection investment and is transforming and upgrading. On the whole, environmental protection investment has an abnormal positive correlation to COD, that is, environmental protection investment has not actually promoted COD emission reduction at present.
