【摘要】：城市化是現(xiàn)代社會(huì)發(fā)展的趨勢(shì),其發(fā)展勢(shì)必與一個(gè)國(guó)家或者區(qū)域的土地資源的利用是否合理化有著不可分割的聯(lián)系。城市化進(jìn)程的加快伴隨著一系列的社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)和環(huán)境問題,對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展造成一定的影響。另外城市化無限外延擴(kuò)張的發(fā)展模式占用了大量的優(yōu)質(zhì)耕地,致使耕地?cái)?shù)量銳減、土地投入產(chǎn)出比下降等,從而造成城市化發(fā)展與土地利用不協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。因此研究土地利用效益與城市化的耦合協(xié)調(diào)關(guān)系,不僅有利于相關(guān)地區(qū)土地管理、土地政策的制定工作,實(shí)現(xiàn)城市的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,同時(shí)對(duì)欽州市實(shí)現(xiàn)城市化和土地利用的協(xié)調(diào)以及土地高效利用有著重大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。以欽州市為研究區(qū)域,借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外土地利用效益與城市化的相關(guān)概念和理論體系,分析2013年欽州市欽南區(qū)、欽北區(qū)土地利用現(xiàn)狀以及城市化發(fā)展歷程,分別從土地利用的土地經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、土地社會(huì)效益、土地生態(tài)效益和人口城市化、經(jīng)濟(jì)城市化、社會(huì)城市化六個(gè)方面選取了22個(gè)指標(biāo)來構(gòu)建土地利用效益與城市化耦合協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展體系,通過耦合協(xié)調(diào)度模型、相對(duì)發(fā)展度模型、相關(guān)性模型來對(duì)欽州市土地利用效益與城市化耦合協(xié)調(diào)度模型進(jìn)行了定性定量的分析,得出以下結(jié)論：(1)根據(jù)2013年欽州市欽南區(qū)、欽北區(qū)的土地變更數(shù)據(jù)分析,結(jié)果表明農(nóng)用地占的比重最大,其次為建設(shè)用地與其他土地。通過分析土地利用動(dòng)態(tài)情況,得出2003-2013年欽南區(qū)、欽北區(qū)土地利用類型年變化率最大的均為交通運(yùn)輸用地,其次為園地。通過計(jì)算欽南區(qū)土地利用的多樣化指數(shù)Gm為0.77,欽北區(qū)土地利用的多樣化指數(shù)Gm為0.71。(2)2002—2013年欽州市土地利用效益與城市化的耦合度除了2002年處于低水平耦合階段,其余年份均處于頡頏階段。耦合協(xié)調(diào)度經(jīng)歷了輕度失調(diào)、瀕臨失調(diào)、勉強(qiáng)協(xié)調(diào)、初級(jí)協(xié)調(diào)四個(gè)階段。(3)采用相關(guān)分析方法研究城市化水平與12個(gè)土地利用效益指標(biāo)之間的相關(guān)性。人均城市道路面積、工業(yè)廢水排放量、工業(yè)二氧化碳排放量與城市化發(fā)展之間不存在線性相關(guān)關(guān)系。文中選取的土地利用效益指標(biāo)中與城市化水平關(guān)聯(lián)性最大的前三個(gè)分別為：地均工業(yè)產(chǎn)值地均國(guó)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值人口密度�；诖藦乃膫�(gè)方面提出提高欽州市土地利用效益與城市化耦合的建議：優(yōu)化土地利用結(jié)構(gòu)、城市化發(fā)展與土地資源保護(hù)協(xié)調(diào)、合理編制土地利用總體規(guī)劃和城市總體規(guī)劃、保護(hù)改善生態(tài)環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:City is the development trend of modern society, its development is bound to use with a country or area of land resources is reasonable are inextricably linked. Along with the city to accelerate the process of a series of social, economic and environmental problems, have a certain impact on the urban development model of sustainable development. In the city of infinite extension and expansion of the occupies a large number of high-quality arable land, resulting in land population and land input-output ratio decreased, resulting in city development and land use coordinated development. So the research of coupling coordination between benefit and city land use, land management not only conducive to the relevant area, land policy formulation and realize the sustainable development of the city, and the implementation of city and coordination of land use and land utilization has great significance in the city of Qinzhou in Qinzhou city. As the study area, from the related concepts and the theory of benefit and the city land use system at home and abroad, Qinnan District of Qinzhou city in 2013 analysis, current situation and development of city land use in Qinbei District, from the land use of land land economic benefit, social benefits, ecological benefits of land and population of the city, city economy and society city six aspects of 22 indicators were selected to construct the land use efficiency and city coupling coordinated development system, through the coupling coordination degree model, the relative development model and correlation model of coupling coordination model and the efficiency of city land use in Qinzhou city makes qualitative and quantitative analysis, draw the following conclusions: (1) according to the Qinnan District of Qinzhou city in 2013, Qinbei district land change data analysis, the results show that the maximum proportion of agricultural land accounted for, followed by the construction land and other land. Through the analysis of Land use dynamic, the 2003-2013 in Qinnan District, the type of annual change rate was the biggest transportation land use in Qinbei region, followed by the garden. By calculating the land use diversity index Gm of Qinnan is 0.77, the land use diversity index Gm is 0.71. (2) in Qinbei District of Qinzhou city from 2002 to 2013 land by using the coupling efficiency and the degree of the city in 2002 at a low level in the coupling phase, the rest of the year were in the antagonistic stage. The coupling coordination degree experienced mild imbalance, the imbalance, force coordination primary coordination four stages. (3) the correlation analysis method of city level and 12 land use efficiency index correlation between City Road area per capita, industrial wastewater emissions, there is no linear relationship between industrial carbon emissions and city development. The land use efficiency indicators are selected The level of relevance in the city with the largest top three respectively are: industrial output is GDP population density. Based on this proposed to improve the efficiency of the proposed coupling and city land use in Qinzhou city from four aspects: the optimization of land use structure, development and protection of land resources of city land reasonable coordination. The overall planning and the overall planning of the city, to protect and improve the ecological environment.
