【摘要】：酒店每房收益與平均房?jī)r(jià)都是客房經(jīng)營(yíng)統(tǒng)計(jì)方法,但由于計(jì)算方法方面的差別,使得各自計(jì)算的結(jié)果相差甚遠(yuǎn),由此導(dǎo)致了統(tǒng)計(jì)效果的不同。本文通過分析平均房?jī)r(jià)和每房收益應(yīng)用的理論研究現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),分析二者之間的區(qū)別,得出結(jié)果顯示:每房收益更能反映酒店經(jīng)營(yíng)的盈利情況。其研究目的,是更好地發(fā)揮每房收益在酒店客房經(jīng)營(yíng)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析指標(biāo)體系中的作用。
[Abstract]:The income per room and the average price of hotel room are the statistical methods of guestroom management, but because of the difference of calculation methods, the results of calculation are very different, which leads to the difference of statistical effect. Based on the analysis of the current situation of theoretical research on the application of average house price and income per room, the difference between them is analyzed, and the results show that the income per room can better reflect the profit situation of hotel management. The purpose of this study is to play a better role in the statistical analysis index system of hotel room management.
