【摘要】：全球經(jīng)濟一體化的加快,服務(wù)業(yè)特別是生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)脫穎而出,成為衡量一個國家或地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平的重要標(biāo)志。在促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟增長、帶動就業(yè)、調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)方面更是扮演著重要角色。目前,天津正面臨著產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和轉(zhuǎn)型的關(guān)鍵時期。為加快產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和轉(zhuǎn)型進(jìn)程,必須大力推進(jìn)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)與制造業(yè)的互動發(fā)展。 本文運用規(guī)范研究和實證研究相結(jié)合的方法,對生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)與制造業(yè)的互動關(guān)系做出理論綜述：界定了生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的概念,介紹了生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的分類和特點,概述了生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)與制造業(yè)的互動機制、互動效益、互動發(fā)展階段。從天津產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展實際出發(fā),分析了生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)與制造業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。以天津市1997-2013年統(tǒng)計年鑒中相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)為依據(jù),選用格蘭杰因果檢驗法,對生產(chǎn)服務(wù)業(yè)與制造業(yè)互動關(guān)系進(jìn)行實證分析,得出結(jié)論：天津市生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)與制造業(yè)二者之間互為格蘭杰因果關(guān)系,相互影響,并且生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展對制造業(yè)存在著正相關(guān)的拉動作用。借鑒珠三角地區(qū)主要城市生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)與制造業(yè)互動發(fā)展的成功經(jīng)驗,指出目前天津市兩個產(chǎn)業(yè)間互動發(fā)展存在的問題。著眼于產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整升級的要求和天津城市功能定位,有針對性地提出促進(jìn)天津市生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)與制造業(yè)的互動發(fā)展的對策建議：完善戰(zhàn)略措施、構(gòu)造外部環(huán)境、培育人才、打造社會化生產(chǎn)服務(wù)體系。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of global economic integration, the service industry, especially producer services, stands out as an important symbol to measure the level of economic development of a country or region. It plays an important role in promoting economic growth, promoting employment and adjusting industrial structure. At present, Tianjin is facing the key period of industrial structure adjustment and transformation. In order to speed up the process of industrial structure adjustment and transformation, we must vigorously promote the interactive development of producer services and manufacturing industries. By combining normative research with empirical research, this paper makes a theoretical review of the interactive relationship between producer services and manufacturing industry, defines the concept of producer services, and introduces the classification and characteristics of producer services. The interactive mechanism, the interactive benefit and the interactive development stage of producer service industry and manufacturing industry are summarized. This paper analyzes the present situation of producer service industry and manufacturing industry in Tianjin. Based on the relevant data from the statistical yearbooks of Tianjin from 1997 to 2013, Granger causality test is used to analyze the interaction between manufacturing industry and production service industry. It is concluded that there is a Granger causality and influence between producer service and manufacturing industry in Tianjin, and the development of producer service industry has a positive pulling effect on manufacturing industry. Based on the successful experience of the interactive development of producer services and manufacturing industry in the Pearl River Delta region, the problems existing in the interactive development between the two industries in Tianjin are pointed out. Focusing on the requirements of industrial structure adjustment and upgrading and the function orientation of Tianjin city, the countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the interactive development of producer service industry and manufacturing industry in Tianjin are put forward: perfecting the strategic measures, constructing the external environment, and cultivating talents. Build socialized production service system.
