【摘要】：自20世紀(jì)80年代以來，世界經(jīng)濟進入“服務(wù)經(jīng)濟”與“知識經(jīng)濟”時代，服務(wù)業(yè)在許多發(fā)達(dá)國家所占的比重越來越高。近些年，高附加值的生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展尤為迅速，對世界經(jīng)濟發(fā)展與競爭力提升的影響力愈加明顯。本文研究廈門市生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展，有助于認(rèn)識和把握廈門市的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，及時發(fā)現(xiàn)發(fā)展中的問題，促進廈門市發(fā)展水平的提升，推動廈門市城市經(jīng)濟綜合實力更上一個臺階。 本文通過對生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)以及城市經(jīng)濟的相關(guān)理論進行梳理，參考廈門市統(tǒng)計資料，確定生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的范圍。其次研究分析廈門市生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，運用相關(guān)指標(biāo)評價其發(fā)展的特點，并找出發(fā)展中存在的問題。構(gòu)建城市經(jīng)濟發(fā)展綜合實力評價指標(biāo)體系，對海峽西岸經(jīng)濟區(qū)內(nèi)各城市的綜合經(jīng)濟實力進行排名，分析廈門市的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平，總結(jié)城市發(fā)展中面臨的問題。重點運用回歸分析法對二者的關(guān)系進行研究，得出其正向相關(guān)性，，并從對城市GDP的貢獻(xiàn)以及促進就業(yè)等方面深入分析兩者之間的關(guān)系。最后通過對深圳市生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀以及經(jīng)驗措施的分析，結(jié)合廈門市的實際發(fā)展情況，從生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的內(nèi)部、政策措施、人才以及基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)等方面提出發(fā)展建議，方便廈門市生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的持續(xù)發(fā)展，進而使廈門市城市經(jīng)濟發(fā)展得到進一步的提升。
[Abstract]:Since the 1980s, the world economy has entered the era of "service economy" and "knowledge economy", the proportion of service industry in many developed countries is increasing. In recent years, producer services with high added value have been developing rapidly, and their influence on the development of world economy and competitiveness has become more and more obvious. This paper studies the development of producer service industry in Xiamen, which is helpful to understand and grasp the present situation of the development of Xiamen, to discover the problems in the development in time, and to promote the development level of Xiamen. Xiamen City to promote the comprehensive strength of the urban economy to a higher level. By combing the relevant theories of producer services and urban economy and referring to the statistical data of Xiamen, this paper determines the scope of producer services. Secondly, this paper analyzes the present situation of producer service industry in Xiamen, evaluates its development characteristics by using relevant indicators, and finds out the problems existing in the development. This paper constructs an evaluation index system of the comprehensive strength of urban economic development, ranks the comprehensive economic strength of each city in the economic zone of the West Bank of the Straits, analyzes the level of economic development in Xiamen, and summarizes the problems faced in the development of the city. The relationship between the two is studied by regression analysis, and the positive correlation is obtained, and the relationship between them is analyzed from the contribution to urban GDP and employment promotion. Finally, through the analysis of the present situation and the experience measures of the producer services development in Shenzhen, combining with the actual development situation of Xiamen, from the inside of the producer services, the policy measures, In order to facilitate the sustainable development of producer services in Xiamen, the author puts forward some suggestions for the development of human resources and infrastructure construction, and further promotes the development of urban economy in Xiamen.
