【摘要】：當(dāng)全球經(jīng)濟(jì)逐步從"工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)"邁向"服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)"時(shí),現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展引起了人們的高度關(guān)注,現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚現(xiàn)象也越來越普遍。從國際來看,英國的倫敦金融區(qū)、美國的曼哈頓區(qū)、日本的東京等地,其現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)之所以發(fā)展得如此強(qiáng)勢,得益于其高度發(fā)展的現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)集聚區(qū)。從國內(nèi)來看,上海、北京、廣州等地高度發(fā)達(dá)的經(jīng)濟(jì)也離不開現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的集聚發(fā)展。相對于國內(nèi)外著名的現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)集聚區(qū)而言,我國現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)集聚區(qū)的發(fā)展還處于起步階段,因而系統(tǒng)地研究現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)集聚發(fā)展規(guī)律對于加快我國現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)集聚區(qū)的發(fā)展、提升城市競爭力等方面有著非常重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:When the global economy is gradually moving from "industrial economy" to "service economy", the development of modern service industry has aroused great concern, and the phenomenon of industrial agglomeration in modern service industry is becoming more and more common. Internationally, Britain's financial district of London, Manhattan of the United States, Tokyo of Japan, and other places, whose modern service industry has developed so strongly, has benefited from its highly developed modern service agglomeration area. From the domestic point of view, Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou and other highly developed economies can not do without the agglomeration development of modern services. Compared with the famous modern service agglomeration area at home and abroad, the development of China's modern service agglomeration area is still in its infancy, so a systematic study of the development law of modern service industry agglomeration will accelerate the development of our modern service agglomeration area. It is of great practical significance to improve the competitiveness of cities.
