【摘要】：服務(wù)業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟的重要組成部分。服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展水平是社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)達程度的重要標志。“十二五”時期我國服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展面臨著前所未有的機遇，也面對著一定的挑戰(zhàn)，不過從全局上看，這將是改革開放以來發(fā)展環(huán)境最好的時期，，是服務(wù)業(yè)可能實現(xiàn)跨越式發(fā)展的時期，我國正在加速向服務(wù)經(jīng)濟時代邁進。加快發(fā)展服務(wù)業(yè)，提高服務(wù)業(yè)在三大產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)中的比重，是推進經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟增長方式的重要途徑。加快服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展能夠拓寬城鄉(xiāng)新增就業(yè)渠道，更好地滿足人們物質(zhì)文化生活的需要。為了貫徹《國務(wù)院關(guān)于加快發(fā)展服務(wù)業(yè)的若干意見》（國發(fā)[2007]7號），吉林省政府出臺了《關(guān)于推進服務(wù)業(yè)跨越發(fā)展的決定》（吉發(fā)[2007]10號），近些年來各級領(lǐng)導又對服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展給予了高度的重視。因此，對吉林省服務(wù)業(yè)的研究，尤其是對吉林省服務(wù)業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)及其對經(jīng)濟增長影響的研究，對促進吉林省服務(wù)業(yè)跨越式發(fā)展，全面提升吉林省服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展水平和綜合實力，從而促進整個國民經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展有一定的實際意義。 本文采用理論研究和實證研究相結(jié)合的方法。首先介紹了服務(wù)業(yè)相關(guān)理論，包括服務(wù)業(yè)的涵義及分類、服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展階段理論、服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展與經(jīng)濟增長關(guān)系的理論。然后運用投入產(chǎn)出模型，利用2002年以及2007年吉林省投入產(chǎn)出表，對吉林省服務(wù)業(yè)及其細分行業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)與產(chǎn)業(yè)波及效應(yīng)進行了動態(tài)對比分析。最后利用計量分析方法，采用單位根檢驗、協(xié)整檢驗以及Granger因果檢驗等幾種方法對服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展與經(jīng)濟增長的關(guān)系進行了實證分析，分析結(jié)果說明：吉林省服務(wù)業(yè)對經(jīng)濟增長有正效應(yīng)并且影響越來越明顯，但是影響仍然偏小。出現(xiàn)這種結(jié)果主要是由于吉林省經(jīng)濟總體發(fā)展水平偏低、服務(wù)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)薄弱以及服務(wù)業(yè)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)不合理等原因造成的。針對服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展中存在的這些問題，文章最后給出了完善服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展環(huán)境，優(yōu)化服務(wù)業(yè)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)等對策建議。
[Abstract]:Service industry is an important part of national economy. The development level of service industry is an important symbol of social and economic development. During the 12th Five-Year Plan period, China's service industry faced unprecedented opportunities as well as certain challenges. However, from the overall perspective, this will be the best period of development environment since the reform and opening up. It is a period when the service industry may develop by leaps and bounds, and our country is speeding up to the era of service economy. Speeding up the development of the service industry and increasing the proportion of the service industry in the three industrial structures is an important way to promote the adjustment of the economic structure and to change the mode of economic growth. Speeding up the development of the service industry can widen the channels of new employment in urban and rural areas and better meet the needs of people's material and cultural life. In order to implement the opinions of the State Council on accelerating the Development of the Service Industry (Guofa [2007] 7), the Jilin Provincial Government issued the decision on promoting the Leap Development of the Service Industry (Jifa [2007] 10). In recent years, leaders at all levels have given high attention to the development of the service industry. Therefore, the research on service industry in Jilin Province, especially on the industry connection of service industry in Jilin Province and its impact on economic growth, will promote the leap-forward development of service industry in Jilin Province, and promote the development level and comprehensive strength of service industry in Jilin Province in an all-round way. Thus promoting the development of the entire national economy has certain practical significance. This paper adopts the method of combining theoretical research with empirical research. Firstly, it introduces the related theories of service industry, including the meaning and classification of service industry, the theory of service industry development stage, and the theory of relationship between service industry development and economic growth. Then, using the input-output model and the input-output table of Jilin Province in 2002 and 2007, the paper makes a dynamic comparative analysis on the industry correlation and industry ripple effect of service industry and its subdivision in Jilin Province. Finally, the relationship between service industry development and economic growth is analyzed empirically by econometric analysis, unit root test, cointegration test and Granger causality test. The results show that the service industry of Jilin Province has positive effect on economic growth and its influence is more and more obvious, but the influence is still small. This result is mainly due to the low level of economic development in Jilin Province, the weak industrial base of the service industry and the unreasonable internal structure of the service industry. In view of these problems in the development of the service industry, the paper finally gives some countermeasures and suggestions, such as perfecting the development environment of the service industry and optimizing the internal structure of the service industry.
