高素質(zhì)服務(wù)型人才緊缺狀況的解決之路——以酒店行業(yè)為例

【摘要】:正據(jù)國(guó)家旅游局統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)顯示,截至2010年底,我國(guó)星級(jí)酒店數(shù)量為13991家,從業(yè)人數(shù)達(dá)到158.18萬(wàn)人,酒店行業(yè)呈現(xiàn)高速發(fā)展的良好態(tài)勢(shì)。然而,在行業(yè)欣欣向榮的同時(shí),業(yè)內(nèi)的人力資源卻頻頻出現(xiàn)告急的聲音:酒店的數(shù)量越來(lái)越多,人才供給卻越來(lái)越匱乏,酒店行業(yè)普遍遭遇"用工荒"。據(jù)業(yè)內(nèi)人士統(tǒng)計(jì),目前酒店行業(yè)最緊缺的當(dāng)屬高素質(zhì)服務(wù)型人才,即具有一定學(xué)歷背景,職業(yè)技能嫻熟,服務(wù)意識(shí)較強(qiáng)的基
[Abstract]:According to the statistics of the National Tourism Administration, by the end of 2010, the number of star-rated hotels in China was 13991, the number of employees reached 1.5818 million, and the hotel industry showed a good trend of rapid development. However, while the industry is flourishing, the human resources in the industry frequently appear the voice of urgency: the number of hotels is increasing, the supply of talents is becoming more and more scarce, and the hotel industry is generally suffering from a "shortage of workers". According to the statistics of the industry, at present the most scarce hotel industry should be high-quality service-oriented personnel, that is, with a certain educational background, professional skills skilled, a strong sense of service base.
