【摘要】：全球化是當(dāng)今世界最重要的特征之一。有關(guān)跨國(guó)移民對(duì)城市景觀的感知和跨文化認(rèn)同研究也得到越來(lái)越多的關(guān)注。在文獻(xiàn)回顧的基礎(chǔ)上,以廣州高星級(jí)酒店外籍管理者作為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)定性研究進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)的收集和分析,構(gòu)建了外籍管理者對(duì)城市地方景觀感知和跨文化認(rèn)同的形成演變機(jī)制,并得出以下結(jié)論:①在職業(yè)影響下,外籍管理者對(duì)遷入城市產(chǎn)生了被動(dòng)的地方認(rèn)同,進(jìn)而形成了被迫同化的跨文化認(rèn)同模式;②外籍管理者基于身份構(gòu)建對(duì)城市地方景觀進(jìn)行感知,對(duì)反映"他者"、"我者"和"世界人"身份的景觀感知度較高,反映出他們對(duì)故鄉(xiāng)和遷入城市的地方認(rèn)同,從而產(chǎn)生了同時(shí)具有整合和邊緣特征的跨文化認(rèn)同模式;③外籍管理者通過(guò)遷入城市的地方景觀感知而產(chǎn)生地方意義的解讀,基于對(duì)遷入城市正面的地方意義解讀,對(duì)城市產(chǎn)生了地方認(rèn)同和整合的跨文化認(rèn)同模式,基于對(duì)遷入城市負(fù)面的地方意義解讀,對(duì)城市產(chǎn)生了地方不認(rèn)同和分隔的跨文化模式。研究結(jié)論豐富了城市景觀研究和跨文化認(rèn)同研究的相關(guān)理論成果,并為中國(guó)跨國(guó)移民政策和國(guó)際化城市建設(shè)提供了可供借鑒的實(shí)踐參考。
[Abstract]:Globalization is one of the most important characteristics of the world today. More and more attention has been paid to the perception of urban landscape and cross-cultural identity of transnational immigrants. On the basis of literature review, taking foreign managers of high star hotels in Guangzhou as the research object, the data collection and analysis are carried out through qualitative research. The formation and evolution mechanism of foreign managers' perception of urban local landscape and cross-cultural identity is constructed, and the following conclusions are drawn: 1 under the influence of occupation, foreign managers have a passive local identity to move into the city. Thus, a cross-cultural identity model of forced assimilation was formed. (2) the foreign managers' perception of urban local landscape based on identity construction is higher than that of "other person", "I person" and "world person", which reflects their local identity to their hometown and city. Thus, a cross-cultural identity pattern with the characteristics of integration and marginal characteristics has emerged at the same time. (3) the foreign managers produce the interpretation of the local significance through the local landscape perception of moving into the city, and based on the interpretation of the positive local meaning of the moving into the city, they have a cross-cultural identity mode of local identity and integration to the city. Based on the interpretation of the negative local significance of moving into a city, there is a cross-cultural pattern of local disapproval and separation of the city. The conclusion enriches the relevant theoretical achievements of urban landscape research and cross-cultural identity research, and provides a practical reference for China's transnational immigration policy and international urban construction.
