【摘要】:21世紀(jì)是一個(gè)以知識(shí)為特征的時(shí)代,持續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)是市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)服務(wù)業(yè)的必然要求。星級(jí)飯店業(yè)作為延邊地區(qū)的朝陽產(chǎn)業(yè),是旅游業(yè)的重要組成部分之一,在促進(jìn)延邊地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展等方面發(fā)揮了重要作用。 隨著延邊地區(qū)旅游業(yè)又好又快發(fā)展,延邊地區(qū)星級(jí)飯店業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)也日益激烈,星級(jí)飯店業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)實(shí)質(zhì)上就是人才的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。教育培訓(xùn)作為人力資源開發(fā)與管理中的一項(xiàng)重要內(nèi)容,不僅是識(shí)人、知人、選人、育人的重要途徑,而且是促進(jìn)個(gè)人和星級(jí)飯店業(yè)發(fā)展的最佳選擇方式,更是星級(jí)飯店業(yè)和個(gè)人雙重收益的投資方式,正逐漸被個(gè)人和企業(yè)所重視。因此,星級(jí)飯店業(yè)要想在日趨激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)下處于不敗之地,就必須高度重視員工教育培訓(xùn),注重開發(fā)人力資源。可以說,星級(jí)飯店業(yè)整體素質(zhì)的提升離不開全體員工素質(zhì)和能力的提升,教育培訓(xùn)無疑是提升員工素質(zhì)和能力的最佳途徑。通過教育培訓(xùn)提高員工素質(zhì)是星級(jí)飯店服務(wù)質(zhì)量和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提高的重要途徑,不僅有助于提高服務(wù)質(zhì)量、降低經(jīng)營(yíng)成本,而且能夠促進(jìn)其員工之間的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作,并促進(jìn)員工自身的全面發(fā)展。 本論文研究的主要目的在于從員工教育培訓(xùn)的理論出發(fā),通過對(duì)延邊地區(qū)星級(jí)飯店業(yè)員工教育培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀的分析,提出延邊地區(qū)星級(jí)飯店業(yè)員工教育培訓(xùn)中存在的問題,并針對(duì)現(xiàn)存的問題提出改進(jìn)延邊地區(qū)星級(jí)飯店業(yè)員工教育培訓(xùn)的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:The 21st century is an era characterized by knowledge. Continuous learning is the inevitable requirement of market competition to service industry. As a sunrise industry in Yanbian area, star hotel industry is one of the important parts of tourism industry and plays an important role in promoting the economic and social development of Yanbian area. With the rapid development of tourism in Yanbian area, the competition of star-rated hotel industry in Yanbian area is increasingly fierce, and the competition of star-rated hotel industry is essentially the competition of talents. As an important part of human resource development and management, education and training is not only an important way to know, select and educate people, but also the best way to promote the development of individual and star hotel industry. More star hotel industry and individual double income investment mode, is gradually paid attention to by individuals and enterprises. Therefore, in order to be in an invincible position in the increasingly fierce market competition, the star-rated hotel industry must attach great importance to the education and training of staff and the development of human resources. It can be said that the promotion of the overall quality of the star hotel industry can not be separated from the improvement of the quality and ability of all the staff, education and training is undoubtedly the best way to improve the quality and ability of the staff. Improving the quality of staff through education and training is an important way to improve the service quality and competitiveness of star-rated hotels, which not only helps to improve the service quality and reduce the operating costs, but also promotes the team cooperation among their employees. And promote the overall development of the staff themselves. The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the current situation of the education and training of star-rated hotel staff in Yanbian area, and to put forward the problems in the education and training of star-rated hotel staff in Yanbian area, based on the theory of employee education and training. The countermeasures to improve the education and training of star-level hotel staff in Yanbian area are put forward in allusion to the existing problems.
