服務(wù)業(yè)人力資源薪酬體系管理與優(yōu)化——以汽車服務(wù)行業(yè)為例

【摘要】:服務(wù)行業(yè)的薪酬以及薪酬的管理,直接關(guān)系到企業(yè)的經(jīng)營與員工的勞動狀況,F(xiàn)有的服務(wù)企業(yè)人力資源管理中,對薪酬的管理過于簡單,薪酬的內(nèi)涵較為單一。實施良好的薪酬管理,優(yōu)化薪酬管理的結(jié)構(gòu)和方式,可以促進(jìn)企業(yè)對人才的吸引,促使員工充分發(fā)揮主動性和積極性,保證企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The salary of service industry and the management of salary are directly related to the management of the enterprise and the labor condition of the staff. In the current human resource management of service enterprises, the management of compensation is too simple, and the connotation of compensation is relatively single. The implementation of good salary management and the optimization of the structure and mode of salary management can promote the enterprise to attract talents, urge the staff to give full play to their initiative and enthusiasm, and ensure the sustainable development of the enterprise.
