【摘要】：服務(wù)業(yè)要素價(jià)格扭曲導(dǎo)致的要素錯(cuò)配是我國服務(wù)業(yè)中存在的一個(gè)突出現(xiàn)象,但長(zhǎng)期以來這一問題并未得到足夠關(guān)注。實(shí)證結(jié)果表明,勞動(dòng)要素錯(cuò)配的影響大于資本要素,要素錯(cuò)配類型和程度存在顯著的地區(qū)差異。估算結(jié)果表明,2004-2010年間要素錯(cuò)配對(duì)服務(wù)業(yè)產(chǎn)出造成9%-11%的損失且呈逐年增大的趨勢(shì),東部地區(qū)的要素錯(cuò)配對(duì)本地區(qū)服務(wù)業(yè)產(chǎn)出損失的貢獻(xiàn)大于中西部地區(qū),三大地區(qū)勞動(dòng)要素錯(cuò)配對(duì)服務(wù)業(yè)產(chǎn)出損失的貢獻(xiàn)都大于資本要素錯(cuò)配的貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The mismatch of factors caused by the distortion of service factor price is a prominent phenomenon in China's service industry, but it has not been paid enough attention to for a long time. The empirical results show that the influence of labor factor mismatch is greater than that of capital factor, and there are significant regional differences in the type and degree of factor mismatch. The estimated results show that the factor mismatch between 2004 and 2010 caused 9- 11% loss and increased year by year. The contribution of factor mismatch in the eastern region is greater than that in the central and western regions. The contribution of labor factor mismatch in three regions is greater than that of capital factor mismatch.
