【摘要】：隨著我國高職教育的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,如何進(jìn)一步提升專業(yè)辦學(xué)質(zhì)量,成為高職教育的重要工作之一。而我國酒店業(yè)發(fā)展迅猛,對(duì)有關(guān)從業(yè)人員的質(zhì)量要求越來越高。本文結(jié)合高職酒店管理專業(yè)辦學(xué)的實(shí)際情況,對(duì)現(xiàn)下高職高專酒店管理專業(yè)的校企合作模式進(jìn)行了探討研究,得出了"四合、四共"的高職酒店管理專業(yè)的校企合作模式,在提升專業(yè)辦學(xué)質(zhì)量的同時(shí),推動(dòng)并服務(wù)于酒店行業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)的開展。
[Abstract]:With the further development of higher vocational education in China, how to further improve the quality of professional education has become one of the important work of higher vocational education. The hotel industry in China is developing rapidly, and the quality requirements of the relevant employees are becoming higher and higher. Combined with the actual situation of running a higher vocational hotel management major, this paper probes into the school-enterprise cooperation mode of the hotel management major in higher vocational colleges and universities, and obtains the school-enterprise cooperation mode of the "four United, four common" hotel management major in higher vocational colleges. At the same time, promote and serve the development of talent training in the hotel industry.
