IT服務(wù)外包企業(yè)競標成功因素分析

【摘要】:為了研究IT服務(wù)外包企業(yè)競標成功因素,發(fā)揮企業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢以適應(yīng)市場需要的途徑,以北京市IT服務(wù)外包企業(yè)為研究對象,通過問卷調(diào)查和數(shù)據(jù)分析,統(tǒng)計競標成功和企業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢的構(gòu)成要素,歸納企業(yè)技術(shù)優(yōu)勢諸要素的構(gòu)成模式,確定企業(yè)年齡與產(chǎn)品符合度成正相關(guān)的關(guān)系。通過聚類分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)不同國家來源的客戶偏好選擇不同年齡企業(yè),但這只是一種表面現(xiàn)象,在其背后起重要影響作用的是產(chǎn)品符合度這一重要的競標成功要素。最后結(jié)合定性分析和企業(yè)文化因素,提出了參考建議。
[Abstract]:In order to study the successful factors of competitive bidding of IT service outsourcing enterprises and the way of enterprises' competitive advantage to meet the needs of the market, taking Beijing IT service outsourcing enterprises as the research object, through questionnaire survey and data analysis, The factors of success in competitive bidding and competitive advantage of enterprises are counted, and the models of technological advantages of enterprises are summarized, and the positive correlation between the age of enterprises and the degree of conformity of products is determined. Through cluster analysis, it is found that customers from different countries prefer to choose enterprises of different ages, but this is only a superficial phenomenon, which plays an important role in the success of competitive bidding. Finally, combined with qualitative analysis and corporate culture factors, some suggestions are put forward.
