服務(wù)業(yè)集聚區(qū)與企業(yè)績(jī)效:來(lái)自微觀層面的證據(jù)

【摘要】:從集聚外部性、關(guān)聯(lián)效應(yīng)兩個(gè)維度考察服務(wù)業(yè)集聚區(qū)影響企業(yè)績(jī)效的理論機(jī)制,前者指空間上的鄰近有利于企業(yè)獲得勞動(dòng)和知識(shí),后者則強(qiáng)調(diào)企業(yè)靠近中間產(chǎn)品和接近市場(chǎng)所享受的便利;2013年江蘇9個(gè)服務(wù)業(yè)集聚區(qū)的939家企業(yè)微觀數(shù)據(jù),實(shí)證分析服務(wù)業(yè)集聚區(qū)對(duì)企業(yè)績(jī)效的影響。回歸結(jié)果表明,集聚外部性、后向關(guān)聯(lián)效應(yīng)顯著提升了企業(yè)績(jī)效,表現(xiàn)為提高利潤(rùn)率和降低融資成本;而前向關(guān)聯(lián)效應(yīng)的影響不顯著。充分發(fā)揮服務(wù)業(yè)集聚區(qū)的集聚外部性和關(guān)聯(lián)效應(yīng),應(yīng)成為建設(shè)服務(wù)業(yè)集聚區(qū)的政策重心。
[Abstract]:From the two dimensions of agglomeration externality and relevance effect, this paper examines the theoretical mechanism of the service agglomeration area affecting firm performance. The former means that spatial proximity is conducive to the acquisition of labor and knowledge. The latter emphasizes the convenience that enterprises enjoy in their proximity to intermediate products and markets. Based on the microcosmic data of 939 enterprises in 9 service agglomeration areas in Jiangsu province in 2013, this paper empirically analyzes the impact of service agglomeration areas on firm performance. The regression results show that agglomeration externality and backward correlation effect significantly improve firm performance, which can improve profit margin and reduce financing cost, but the effect of forward correlation effect is not significant. Giving full play to the agglomeration externality and the correlation effect of the service agglomeration area should become the policy focus of constructing the service industry agglomeration area.
