烏魯木齊市星級(jí)飯店員工培訓(xùn)問(wèn)題研究

【摘要】:進(jìn)入新世紀(jì)之后,全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化進(jìn)程不斷加劇,以及知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代的到來(lái)加劇了人才市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈程度,都促使國(guó)內(nèi)飯店更加重視人力資源管理和發(fā)展問(wèn)題。近年來(lái),隨著烏魯木齊市旅游業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,星級(jí)飯店若要在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈的市場(chǎng)中獲得一席之地,就必須重視員工培訓(xùn)。在某種意義上,員工培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量的高低將決定企業(yè)未來(lái)的發(fā)展?jié)摿。因?為保持星級(jí)飯店的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),飯店不僅要在硬環(huán)境方面引進(jìn)先進(jìn)技術(shù)裝備,更要在軟環(huán)境方面重視員工培訓(xùn)工作。本研究基于國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)員工培訓(xùn)問(wèn)題的現(xiàn)有研究成果,梳理相關(guān)概念、有關(guān)員工培訓(xùn)的理論及研究方法,發(fā)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn)更多是從員工滿意度的角度進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,而較少按照員工培訓(xùn)的一般程序設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷并進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,筆者據(jù)此進(jìn)行了問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和統(tǒng)計(jì)分析研究。其次,從飯店員工隊(duì)伍、培訓(xùn)需求、培訓(xùn)制度、培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃、培訓(xùn)效果評(píng)估、培訓(xùn)認(rèn)知六個(gè)方面分別對(duì)烏魯木齊市星級(jí)飯店員工培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析研究。接著,分別從飯店、管理者及員工三個(gè)方面指出烏魯木齊市星級(jí)飯店在員工培訓(xùn)中存在的問(wèn)題及其成因。進(jìn)而,根據(jù)這三方面問(wèn)題提出如下建議:第一,改善員工觀念,促成積極培訓(xùn)者;第二,提升管理者的培訓(xùn)認(rèn)知,改善培訓(xùn)評(píng)估效果;第三,加強(qiáng)員工培訓(xùn)需求分析,合理制定培訓(xùn)調(diào)查機(jī)制;第四,科學(xué)制定并有效執(zhí)行培訓(xùn)制度、培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃,進(jìn)一步完善培訓(xùn)體系。最后,對(duì)本論文的主要結(jié)論和觀點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并指出本研究中的不足及展望。
[Abstract]:After entering the new century the process of global economic integration and the arrival of the era of knowledge economy have intensified the fierce competition in the talent market which urges domestic hotels to pay more attention to human resource management and development. In recent years, with the rapid development of tourism in Urumqi, star-rated hotels must attach importance to staff training if they want to gain a place in the competitive market. In a sense, the quality of staff training will determine the future development potential of enterprises. Therefore, in order to maintain the competitive advantage of star hotels, hotels should not only introduce advanced technology and equipment in hard environment, but also attach importance to staff training in soft environment. This research is based on the existing research results of employee training at home and abroad, combing the relevant concepts, the theory and research methods of employee training, and finding that the existing literature is more from the perspective of employee satisfaction. However, the questionnaire is seldom designed according to the general procedure of staff training, and the author carries on the questionnaire survey and the statistical analysis based on it. Secondly, from the hotel staff team, training needs, training system, training plan, training effect evaluation, training cognition six aspects of Urumqi star hotel staff training status of descriptive statistical analysis. Then, from three aspects of hotel, management and staff, this paper points out the problems and causes of staff training in Urumqi star hotel. Then, according to these three problems, the following suggestions are put forward: first, to improve the concept of employees, to promote positive trainers; second, to enhance the training awareness of managers, improve the training evaluation effect; third, to strengthen the analysis of staff training needs. Make reasonable training investigation mechanism; fourth, scientifically formulate and effectively implement training system, training plan, and further improve the training system. Finally, the main conclusions and viewpoints of this paper are summarized, and the shortcomings and prospects of this study are pointed out.
