【摘要】：效率問題是經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)研究的核心問題之一,提高生產(chǎn)效率是實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式由粗放型向集約型轉(zhuǎn)變的根本途徑。近年來,高星級(jí)酒店數(shù)量迅速增加,國(guó)外酒店紛紛搶灘中國(guó)市場(chǎng),高星級(jí)酒店業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)空前激烈,經(jīng)營(yíng)形勢(shì)嚴(yán)峻。對(duì)高星級(jí)酒店效率進(jìn)行科學(xué)評(píng)價(jià),找出制約高星級(jí)酒店效率的關(guān)鍵因素,提高效率從而實(shí)現(xiàn)高星級(jí)酒店業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有非同尋常的戰(zhàn)略意義。 本文系統(tǒng)介紹了效率的概念和測(cè)量方法,利用效率評(píng)價(jià)的數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析方法,詳細(xì)的分析了沿海三大經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)高星級(jí)酒店業(yè)的技術(shù)效率、純技術(shù)效率和規(guī)模效率,并且進(jìn)一步使用測(cè)量效率動(dòng)態(tài)變化的Malmquist生產(chǎn)率指數(shù),測(cè)算了2000-2009年沿海三大經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的技術(shù)效率變動(dòng)、技術(shù)進(jìn)步等指標(biāo)的變化情況,在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)影響高星級(jí)酒店業(yè)效率的外在因素和內(nèi)部因素進(jìn)行了剖析。研究結(jié)果表明:10年間我國(guó)沿海地區(qū)高星級(jí)酒店業(yè)整體效率比較高,但內(nèi)部差異明顯,四星級(jí)酒店經(jīng)營(yíng)效果好于五星級(jí)酒店;對(duì)Malmquist生產(chǎn)率指數(shù)的分析表明,2000-2009年我國(guó)高星級(jí)酒店生產(chǎn)效率增長(zhǎng)了1.3%,酒店業(yè)的發(fā)展主要依靠技術(shù)效率指數(shù)提高,技術(shù)進(jìn)步不明顯;高星級(jí)酒店業(yè)效率水平受競(jìng)爭(zhēng)程度、企業(yè)規(guī)模、產(chǎn)權(quán)比率的影響,高星級(jí)酒店業(yè)應(yīng)該通過采取進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)產(chǎn)權(quán)制度的改革、合理調(diào)控酒店規(guī)模、規(guī)范產(chǎn)業(yè)秩序的方式促進(jìn)酒店業(yè)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Efficiency problem is one of the core problems in economic research. Improving production efficiency is the fundamental way to realize the transition from extensive to intensive mode of economic development. In recent years, the number of high star hotels has increased rapidly, and foreign hotels have snapped up the Chinese market. The competition of high star hotel industry is unprecedented fierce, and the management situation is severe. It is of extraordinary strategic significance to evaluate the efficiency of high star hotels scientifically, find out the key factors that restrict the efficiency of high star hotels, and improve the efficiency so as to realize the sustainable development of high star hotel industry. This paper systematically introduces the concept of efficiency and measurement methods, using the data envelopment analysis method of efficiency evaluation, analyzes in detail the technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of the high-star hotel industry in the three coastal economic zones. Furthermore, using the Malmquist productivity index, which measures the dynamic change of efficiency, this paper calculates the change of technical efficiency and technological progress in the three coastal economic zones from 2000 to 2009. This paper analyzes the external and internal factors that affect the efficiency of high star hotel industry. The results show that the overall efficiency of the high-star hotel industry in the coastal areas of China is relatively high in the past 10 years, but the internal differences are obvious, and the four-star hotel is better than the five-star hotel. The analysis of Malmquist productivity index shows that the production efficiency of high star hotels in China increased by 1.3% from 2000 to 2009, the development of hotel industry mainly depends on the improvement of technical efficiency index, the technological progress is not obvious, the efficiency level of high star hotel industry is subject to competition and the scale of enterprises. Because of the influence of the property right ratio, the high star hotel industry should promote the development of the hotel industry by further strengthening the reform of the property right system, rationally regulating the hotel scale and standardizing the industrial order.
