【摘要】：隨著信息技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,服務(wù)業(yè)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生變化,以資源消耗低、高附加值、高技術(shù)為特征的現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)逐漸從傳統(tǒng)服務(wù)業(yè)中脫離,成為服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的核心內(nèi)容,其在社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)中的作用日益突出,現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展程度已成為衡量社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平的重要衡量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 近些年中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)出產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、環(huán)境壓力大的現(xiàn)象,嚴(yán)重制約了經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)快速發(fā)展。重慶市在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展過(guò)程中面臨同樣的問(wèn)題,隨著作為優(yōu)勢(shì)產(chǎn)業(yè)的制造業(yè)面臨結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的壓力,重慶市的整體經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展速度趨緩。為了改變這種不利處境,急需對(duì)傳統(tǒng)優(yōu)勢(shì)產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)�，F(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)作為知識(shí)密集型和環(huán)境友好型的新型產(chǎn)業(yè),對(duì)優(yōu)化傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)有重要的作用,因此有必要對(duì)現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究并提出改善的建議。對(duì)現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的研究不僅能充實(shí)這一方面的理論,也對(duì)重慶市更好的發(fā)展現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)具有重要的意義。 本文以重慶市現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)為研究對(duì)象,在服務(wù)業(yè)的基礎(chǔ)理論上,界定了現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的內(nèi)涵、比較了其相對(duì)于傳統(tǒng)服務(wù)業(yè)的不同之處,在此基礎(chǔ)上就重慶市服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展概況和重慶市現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀分別從產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、固定資產(chǎn)投資結(jié)構(gòu)等方面進(jìn)行分析,并依據(jù)前人研究,通過(guò)分析現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的影響因素,從核心、環(huán)境、基礎(chǔ)三方面建立了科學(xué)系統(tǒng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,依據(jù)這一指標(biāo)體系,運(yùn)用因子分析法對(duì)重慶市現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),并就評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策和建議以促進(jìn)現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)進(jìn)一步的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology, the internal structure of the service industry has changed. The modern service industry, characterized by low resource consumption, high added value and high technology, is gradually separated from the traditional service industry and becomes the core content of the service industry development. It plays an increasingly important role in the social economy, and the development of modern service industry has become an important measure of the level of social and economic development. In recent years, the economic development of China presents the phenomenon of unreasonable industrial structure and great environmental pressure, which seriously restricts the sustained and rapid economic development. Chongqing is faced with the same problems in the process of economic development. With the pressure of structural upgrading of the manufacturing industry as a superior industry, the overall economic development rate of Chongqing has slowed down. In order to change this disadvantage, it is urgent to upgrade the structure of traditional superior industries. As a knowledge-intensive and environment-friendly new type of industry, modern service industry plays an important role in optimizing the traditional industrial structure. Therefore, it is necessary to study the current situation of the development of modern service industry and put forward some suggestions for improvement. The research on the competitiveness of modern service industry not only enriches this theory, but also plays an important role in the development of modern service industry in Chongqing. This paper takes modern service industry in Chongqing as the research object, defines the connotation of modern service industry in the basic theory of service industry, and compares the difference between modern service industry and traditional service industry. On this basis, the development situation of Chongqing's service industry and the present situation of Chongqing's modern service industry are analyzed from the aspects of industrial structure, employment structure, fixed assets investment structure and so on, and based on previous studies, By analyzing the influencing factors of modern service industry, this paper sets up the index system of competitiveness evaluation of scientific system from three aspects: core, environment and foundation, according to this index system, This paper uses factor analysis method to evaluate the competitiveness of modern service industry in Chongqing, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to promote the further development of modern service industry.
