【摘要】：近年來，隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展，我國軟件服務(wù)外包企業(yè)不斷發(fā)展壯大，并保持著年增長率較高的水平。目前，國內(nèi)專門從事服務(wù)外包的企業(yè)有近2萬家，并形成了“三大集群”和“東西映射”的良好格局。軟件服務(wù)外包產(chǎn)業(yè)集群與一般的產(chǎn)業(yè)集群不相同，集群內(nèi)部的企業(yè)主要是以信息技術(shù)為主而聚集在一起的。在發(fā)展的過程中，企業(yè)除了吸收國外先進(jìn)的技術(shù)外，還需要對企業(yè)進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新研發(fā)。因?yàn)樵诋?dāng)今的社會中，競爭非常激烈，如何提高企業(yè)的核心競爭力，如何使得企業(yè)在同行業(yè)中處在領(lǐng)先地位，已成為企業(yè)最重要的一項(xiàng)任務(wù)。而提高企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新能力，尤其是加強(qiáng)企業(yè)之間的合作創(chuàng)新，成為提高集群內(nèi)軟件服務(wù)外包企業(yè)競爭力的重要源泉。 本文首先對服務(wù)外包產(chǎn)業(yè)集群合作創(chuàng)新的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了闡述，重點(diǎn)介紹了產(chǎn)業(yè)集群相關(guān)理論與企業(yè)合作創(chuàng)新的相關(guān)模式；隨后對鎮(zhèn)江市軟件服務(wù)外包集群企業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析，并運(yùn)用SWOT分析方法對鎮(zhèn)江市軟件服務(wù)外包產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的優(yōu)劣勢進(jìn)行了定性分析；在此基礎(chǔ)上，建立了博弈模型對自主創(chuàng)新、模仿創(chuàng)新、合作創(chuàng)新三種創(chuàng)新模式的收益狀況進(jìn)行了研究分析，最終的研究結(jié)果表明合作創(chuàng)新是最有利于軟件服務(wù)外包產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展的一種創(chuàng)新模式；然后，通過問卷調(diào)查的方法獲取研究數(shù)據(jù)，對影響軟件服務(wù)外包產(chǎn)業(yè)集群企業(yè)合作創(chuàng)新的關(guān)鍵因子進(jìn)行了深入的剖析，，并利用統(tǒng)計(jì)分析軟件SPSS建立出影響因子的回歸模型，最終得出人力資本、企業(yè)技術(shù)環(huán)境等幾個因素對企業(yè)合作創(chuàng)新存在較為強(qiáng)烈的影響；最后，提出了加強(qiáng)鎮(zhèn)江市軟件服務(wù)外包集群企業(yè)合作創(chuàng)新的的相關(guān)政策建議，以此來促進(jìn)鎮(zhèn)江市軟件服務(wù)外包企業(yè)的發(fā)展，提高鎮(zhèn)江市軟件服務(wù)外包企業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous development of the economy, the software service outsourcing enterprises in China have been growing and growing and maintaining a high annual rate of growth. At present, there are nearly 2 thousands of enterprises specializing in outsourcing services in China, and a good pattern of "three clusters" and "things mapped" has been formed. In the process of development, in addition to absorbing foreign advanced technology, enterprises need to carry out innovative research and development in the process of development, because in today's society, the competition is very fierce, such as how to improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise, how to make the enterprise in the enterprise Being in the leading position in the same industry has become the most important task of the enterprise, and improving the innovation ability of the enterprise, especially the cooperation and innovation between enterprises, has become an important source of improving the competitiveness of the software service outsourcing enterprises in the cluster.
This paper first expounds the related theories of the cooperative innovation of the service outsourcing industry cluster, focuses on the related models of the industrial cluster related theory and the enterprise cooperation innovation, and then analyzes the current situation of the Zhenjiang software service outsourcing cluster enterprise, and uses the SWOT analysis method to develop the software service outsourcing industry in Zhenjiang. The advantages and disadvantages are qualitatively analyzed. On this basis, the game model is established to analyze the income status of three innovative modes of independent innovation, imitation innovation and cooperative innovation. The final results show that cooperative innovation is the most beneficial model for the development of software service outsourcing industry cluster. The method of volume investigation obtains the research data, analyzes the key factors affecting the cooperative innovation of the software service outsourcing industry cluster enterprises, and uses the statistical analysis software SPSS to establish the regression model of the influence factors, and finally draws the conclusion that the human capital, the enterprise technology environment and other factors are more strong for the enterprise cooperation innovation. In the end, it puts forward relevant policies and suggestions to strengthen the cooperation and innovation of the Zhenjiang software service outsourcing cluster enterprises, in order to promote the development of the software service outsourcing enterprises in Zhenjiang and improve the competitiveness of the software service outsourcing enterprises in Zhenjiang.
